Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

The location is superb, easy to access and close to fabulous places to eat. The room was a bit small for the price range, but given that this was Paris, it is understandable.

United KingdomThe room is very small but that is Paris for you! I think one thing I would of liked was a lamp to make it a bit more of a cosier stay the lighting was a bit bright or really dark!
Loved the friendly staff and welcome on arrival, they even offered me cake every evening freshly baked! the room was a single room so very small in size but to be expected due to the pictures of the room. I loved the interiors they were cosy and even though the room was small it felt well designed. I found the double door actually really great for blocking out sound I slept so well both nights! My plug was not working very well and the lady on reception was so helpful at 12:30am helping me sort it so I could charge my phone. The area was so lovely and I felt like a local, gorgeous local stores such as a chocolate shop, bakeries, cafes and the best croissant from Landemaine.

Affordable price during the French Open. Not too far from the venue. An Uber ride to Roland Garros is inexpensive and more convenient than public transportation. The linen was clean.

PortugalI didn't really felt motivated to get the hotel breakfast for €16/person considering how many boulangeries there's around the hotel place. It had a really good smell, but I didn't felt like the value would justify. The TV in the room kept switching from the channel I was watching to some kind of cast screen every few minutes. Not that I went to Paris to watch TV or that I complained to the staff, as it didn't bother enough. Also, I've chosen a room with view to the tower, which I had, won't deny. But it was just the little tip of the tower. Don't come expecting a great view.
The hotel is very well located, has easy access by bus or metro and you can get to the Eiffel Tower in a 20 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and gracious. Everything was tidy and clean. The bed is comfy and there's a coffee machine in the room.

The breakfast was super and the staff always very helpful and friendly. They put up with our attempts to speak French and were very attentive when we had a problem. The hotel is in a great location to visit the main Parisian sites, with a couple of local metro stations making travel further afield easy too. There's a real welcoming and warm feel to the hotel.

I loved the detail when I got to my room. The breakfast was delicious and very complete. I love the fact that they prepare your cappuccino or chocolate the moment you request it. I love the bedding, and the super soft and comfortable pillows. The hotel had an area to charge or drink water, not many hotels have that and it is super important for me.
