Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The rooms are good and as would be expected in an old building. The best part about the hotel is the food. The evening meals and breakfast are both excellent.

This is our third stay at Logis - Hostellerie & Restaurant Saint Louis, and it is our preferred stop off when we travel to/from the UK via the Euro Tunnel. The staff are amazing, always accommodating our needs, the rooms are super comfy and well prepared, and the on-sight restaurant is fantastic. My son has a rare medical condition and we always have to travel with special food for him - and the wonderful people here always make extra-ordinary efforts to accommodate his meals. They even have two charging spots for our EV which is great!

United KingdomGood location for the historical sites in the area. Wonderful hotel full of character and charm. Easy parking and a lovely area to sit outside with a drink and look at the beautiful garden. Very friendly owners and team, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are good, with comfortable beds, and tea and coffee making facilities. Large bathroom. The restaurant was fabulous, the food was excellent and the service too. The fixed menu is excellent value for money, likewise the breakfasts. Thanks to everyone for a great stay. A bientôt.

United KingdomThere was a shortage of staff. I believe the owner was ill and so all the waiting in the evening was by one, cheerful but hard pressed waitress . This delayed the meal considerably and spoilt what was an otherwise excellent meal for our small group .
Breakfast was ok but lacked fresh fruit and the selection of cheeses was poor. The evening meals were superb! Delicious and very well presented fine dining.

The room was a good size, comfortable and clean although the bathroom would benefit from a makeover. Breakfast is continental and fine for us; there seemed plenty. However the dinner at this hotel is excellent and there was a good choice of menu. This is one of the reasons we have stayed here a number of times before. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful.
