We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

No place to put the suitcase on, another chair and a small table would have been nice, and in the bathroom a shelf to put your toilet stuff would be a big improvement. The room facing east, the blackout curtains were not sufficient to shut out the early morning light.
Great location, quiet at night, right on the waterfront, lovely sea view from the room. The location is very good to explore the south of the island, and the hotel rents out bicycles. Good bed, very clean sheets, correct bathroom. Nice kettle and coffee/tea in the room.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, I slept really well. the check-in process was quick and the staff were really helpful and friendly and had good English which was great for us as we only speak a little French. The hotel is a little out of the village but the location is lovely on the beach front and there are nice places to walk nearby, the walk into the village is about 20 minutes which was fine.

ItalyOur room had a funny smell (a rather peculiar mixture of peppermint and mold was the consensus reached with my girlfriend). The room itself was small and cramped (with very basic furniture). The lack of air conditioning can be challenging, given the direct exposure to the sun from dawn onwards. Given the price (200+ € per night), the quality/price ratio was extremely low.
We stayed in a standard room with sea view. The sea view was definitely there. Private parking is available for an additional fee, but the area where the hotel is located seems to provide adequate opportunities for free parking.

CanadaWe had no complaints, but for those with accessibility/mobility issues there is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor, easily accessible by short staircase.
Our room was a little small but we had all of the necessities and a great ocean facing view with big windows for fresh ocean air. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of options to choose from, and you could choose to eat inside or outside on the boardwalk terrace which was very nice. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We rented two of their bikes for a day of cycling around the island....very convenient and made for a very pleasant day of sightseeing. The location is fantastic, situated right on the boardwalk, feet from the ocean. Ample free parking is available on the road in front. We had dinner one night. I had the lamb entree and my husband had the fish of the day. Both were excellent!! We were very happy with our three night stay and would not hesitate to recommend Le Homard Bleu!!
