We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceThe shuttle service to the airport didn’t start until 7 Super Super expensive taxi . Not to far to walk but dark , raining, by a main road I’m a solo female traveler. They should really look into an alternative. 20€ for a 2 minute drive ridiculous!

Good breakfasts and a very convenient location close to the airport. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All were bilingual which I think is a big plus for the hotel.

The location and staff were great. Manuel at the front dwak is a perfect host. The shuttle bus driver helped me with logistics and was really friendly. Breakfast was spectacular.

Very clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful . It was good to have the restaurant there. The main reason for staying was the closeness to the airport as we had a very early flight.

FranceThe website said there was a free shuttle to the airport. There wasn't. It cost 15 euros each way by taxi. This isn't a huge amount, but it is very annoying when the site says 'free'. I queried with the receptionist and was told the site wasn't up to date. This is very poor management supervision of what is supposed to be a quality hotel chain. The restaurant was closed but we knew that because that was on the website. The bar was closed which we didn't know. During the night we had to evacuate the building twice due to fire alarms - they were faults. To paraphrase Oscar Wilde 'To have one may be regarded as misfortune but to have two may be regarded as carelessness.' So, with a non-existent free shuttle and having to evacuate the hotel twice on a frosty night one would expect at least an acknowledgement from the hotel other than a simple 'sorry' from the receptionist. None has been forthcoming. Perhaps the management has not been on a Management of Quality course which would tell them how to delight the customer or at least, not annoy them! There are other hotels in the area. Next time I will use one of them rather than the Holiday Inn.
We stayed in an executive room. It was comfortable, clean and reasonably spacious. We stayed on a Friday night. Close to the airport but not in walking distance with luggage. Secure parking on site for seven days while we were away at a reasonable price. Pleasant reception staff. Good breakfast.
