Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesDidn’t like how our room was so small, our A/C did not work well at all. So we had to go out into town and buy a fan. Our room was very hot during the day from the sun shinning on the window most of the day. The smoking area could also be moved away from the front door to somewhere more private. My family does not smoke cigarettes and smelling it first thing when walking up to the front door is very nasty. The bathroom shower filled up fast and the bathrooms are very small!
We loved how clean it was and the breakfast was good! Our bed were comfortable, parking was cheap and having a parking garage right behind the building is nice. Very walkable into the city center. Very friendly employees and spoke great English. Had an ice machine! The TV is the room had YouTube and Netflix which was nice.

SpainYou need to park inside a parking lot since the surroundings are no longer free to oark. Parking surroundings are a bit dark when coming back at night and there were rats (at the parking) since garbage was left there for some hours.
Nice breakfast and comfortable beds with two kind of pillows. Stunning TV service with even the possibility of connect to your streaming services. Lovely people who do their best to give you the best experience.

SloveniaThe hotel is difficult to find as there is no exact address. Since the road is one-way, it's hard to turn back. The parking spaces are narrow and it's difficult to park. The reception staff is friendly, but the breakfast staff seems unsure of why they are there. The cleanliness in the hallways is poor, only one elevator was operating, and we had to wait an eternity to get our luggage out of the hotel. The other elevator wasn't working, even though there were many guests.
The possibility to visit old town on foot, parking available on-site. Rooms are spacious.
