Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsSince the hotel is in a pretty central area, it is quite noisy. You can hear honks, people etc even at night.
The hotel is pretty close to Saint Charles stop and so it is easily accessible by public transport. It takes ~25 mins to walk to the old port which was also pretty useful for us. The staff were pretty helpful whenever we needed something, they even provided a detailed list of beaches that we can visit so kudos to all!

United KingdomThe bar isn't really a bar, it is the reception desk and receptionists double up as bar staff. The bar was not well stocked. On the second night it didn't even have cans of beer.
VERY easy to find and to park the car in underground car park, which had plenty of spaces. Room just what we expected, given it is a chain. It was super clean, very comfortable, nice view and we were glad we upgraded to have the sofa (sofa bed) to sit on and relax. Breakfast was really good and included in the price. The terrace off the breakfast area/reception was a bonus to sit out in the fresh air. The metro was literally just across the road and took us directly to where we wanted to go to see the Old Port. Very convenient for a few days in Marseilles. Would stay there again. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

BelgiumIn some rooms the door and lavatory looks very used, door handle are falling, and toilet flash button in such a stare scary to press to do not break.
The location of the hotel is really perfect, just cross the street from Train station. Girls on reception are very nice and kind, always ready to assist with queries. Noice insulation is very good, despite location close to station no single noice been distracting.

United KingdomWe ended up with quite a long stay of 8 days and a bit more furniture in the room would have helped. At least a suitcase stand and a few more hangers, if not another open cupboard.
The hotel is opposite the train station and we used it as a base to see Marseille and get the train to other cities in Provence. The staff were kind and helpful. Particularly we experienced some airline problems and had to stay longer than expected and they were very helpful in letting us stay in the same room for 2 extra nights at a reasonable price. The breakfast is fine.
