The absence of a lift. If you have mobility issues, the stairs are narrow and can be uncomfortable with heavy luggage. Theres no luggage storage facility in the hotel. So be mindful of that. Theres no air conditioner in the room but thankfully a fan was provided otherwise it was too hot to stay.

The location of the hotel is great. 5mins walk to the nearest metro and bus station. Alot of bakeries, shops and restaurants near by. 35 mins to paris centre.

The wifi didn’t really work, it’s a little away from the main attractions but it is close to a metro station which is good.

We had our room at the front of the hotel, streetside. On the other side of the street was a depot for garbagetrucks! Every day, including sunday, at 05.00 hrs, they drove on and off till 08.00 hrs!! Terrible noise. Nonstop!!!!!!!!!! After 05.00 hrs, you couldnt sleep. Terrble! When you book this hotel, pleas ask for rrom at backside, to avoid the noise!

If you're looking for a top class hotel this isn't for u but if u just looking for a place to get your head down after a day of site seeing it's good value for money... Myself & son spent 10 nights here traveling to the rugby world cup . When we arrived first I thought it was going 2 b a struggle to stay 10 nights @ hotel but after d first night we were grand with it & look it wasn't costing us a fortune 2 stay. Bed linen & bathroom towels were changed every dayLocation is good loads of cafes & bars , supermarket, bakery etc metro 2 min away . All in all it was Ok

No milk for tea. Not enough hangers for 2 people. Shower curtain was too short and not hung property. Getting in to shower was difficult. Short Shower curtain flooded the bathroom floor. Toilet seat was not fitting the toilet. It is too large and did not cover the toilet properly making one thigh on the toilet instead of the seat. Professionally fitted 6 inches longer shower curtain and a proper sized toilet seat could have solved both these problems easily.

One of the staff members working nights was really rude to us one of the nights during our stay, but this was somebody else who worked there not the lovely couple we met on arrival.

The reception area was clean and tidy, the couple who were working when we arrived (I’m assuming they are the owners) were lovely people, they would greet us as we entered and left the hotel. The location was great, a little far from the centre but that didn’t bother us as the metro was a 2 minute walk away and the metro system in Paris is easy enough to navigate.

First room I received it was dirty ( bedroom, floor) and hadvery bad smell. Then I received another one that was acceptable but cleaniless is not sufficient on public areas and rooms. To be improved.

Could have been more coat hangers as not enough for two people. Shower head was a bit loose and kept slipping down. Pretty minor things tbh.
