The claim from staff to leave the roomkeys at the reception all times you are going out from the hotel. Then the need to ask for it every time you are going back to the room. Feels quite uncomfortable and a bit unrespectable. The staff needs to work on their trust issues towards the guests. Also I did not learn the number of my room because i remembered where the room is and had the key. The next time i needed to ask for my key at the reception it became a problem to get the right key. Quite annoying situation...

The room was clean and cozy. Bathroom-same. Location was very good and near to main sightseeing-spots.

My problem in Paris is the price, everything is too expensive. If it could be my usual hotel when I come, I will love that !

I like the location, really closed to my office, for Paris, it is a nice hotel with room big enough, but also not the noisy, something that I found problematic in multiple hotels there. It is clean, staff is nice, the place is safe.

It was the best priced place I could find on short notice. they lent us a usb charging port as we didn’t have one. comfortable enough if your not spending a lot of time in the room. convenient location.

Cramped room but would rather that than 2 separate rooms for our family of 5. Couldn’t log in to the Wi-Fi using the password provided, not there long enough to bother rectifying this.

Welcoming and helpful staff 24/7. Family room available. Great location for exploring Paris with nice cafes & Metro nearby. Car park few mins walk away.

The only disadvantage of hotel was the noise of paris. I think windows were a little thin. also paris is a noisy city. we heard too much noise from around. if you are a light sleeper like me you may not be affected, otherwise you may have hard time to sleep

The room was fine and met all the expectations we had. the hotel was in a good location. we arrived everywhere by metro and they also sell tickets. spacious room with a good street view of paris. air condition was working perfectly as well

After dark, the place is unsafe. Many pickpocketers stroll around the area after dark, so beware.

We spent four days at Hotel Hauteville Opera. The location is good. Just a 5 mins walk away from Chauteau d eau station. The staff was hospitable. They went out of their way to help us. Rooms were super clean. The view from the hotel was amazing.

It wasn’t super clean, there were dirty cups left in the room and one of the towels was dirty from a previous guest. The door was hard to open and close and you can hear people move around outside.

It was in a great location and staff were really helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious with air conditioning and a comfy bed.

The rooms is extremely small, no place to deposit your stuff, our luggage barely fit in one corner of the room, AC was not cooling, 2 out of 3 sockets were not working, the bathroom is very narrow, no place to turn when taking a shower, parking is available at a private garage 5 minutes walking from the hotel and you receive a discount with the stamp from the hotel, but is costs 25€ per 24h.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, it is perfect for walkable distances to visit all important landmarks in Paris. There is a small fridge in the room, there is a boulangerie right across the street, so breakfast bought at the hotel would not be a must, nice shower and big beds.
