We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe accommodation was simply “parfait” you think you are renting an apartment, but you are getting much more, Maria Dolores your host will welcome you with the brightest smile giving you all the information about the area, and she will be always available to support you during your stay and giving advice, on what to visit and where to have nice local food. The apartment is central, literally a stone’ throw to all the main attractions and points of interest, it is brand new and superbly decorated with high standard and wonderful taste, it is impressively clean and tidy, and you are provided with coffee/tea maker fridge, a generous allowance of towels, and really anything you can think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Having a fridge and facilities to prepare your breakfast is really an added value, as per our experience you don’t have a lot of cafés open in the early morning to have breakfast. Our room was facing a busy street, and we were worried about the noise at night, but our worries lacked foundation with the double glazing we slept as babies. Another massive thank you to Maria Dolores was a pleasure to stay in your beautiful apartment and we can't wait to be back!

No breakfast as not needed . Location near all facilities and sights. Apartment was very safe and in a very safe house . Apartment had been modernised and was much better than most hotels I have stayed in : EVERYTHING that you need was provided , and a lot more than that . Simply said, it is more than superb , and excellent value for money. Maria , the host , is a truly remarkable person : kind, thoughtful, helpful, interested in you , generous , wanting for guests to enjoy their stay . Fantastic host - genuinely one in a million as you`ll see when you go and stay. Forget staying in hotels/B&Bs/etc

Wow. Where do I start. Great location. 3 to 4 minutes, if that, to the main walking street and square (Place). Safe accommodation with secure private access. Maria (Owner) was fabulous. Friendly, There to Help - Perfect in every way. Apartment 2, my chosen unit, was compact but extremely clean, well equipped and functional in every way. A Centre of Carcassonne Gem. Apartment 2 is a Studio where the Bed converts to a Sofa in front of TV. If you are using this as a base you could not choose anything better. If you are in the town for a long period and do not want to be converting the bed to sofa and back, call or email Maria. Bigger apartments are available.

United KingdomMy French could have been better for communicating. It is not a spacious place but absolutely ideal for one and also for a couple.
Perfect for me, very centrally located in the Basitide, although a bit of a walk from the medieval city it's great for local amenities. Everything I needed was available, including toiletries and a coffee-machine. Access was very good, and I could come and go as I pleased; it is modern, quiet and very pleasant. The host was exceptional and eager to ensure I had everything I could need.
