Great service, the staff were fantastic and really helpful and a sa coeliac the breakfast acterd well for my needs. I was assisted in looking after my bicycles and the carpark is very convenient. I was directed to a good restaurant also.

Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were travelling by bicycles and staff ensured we were able to charge our batteries with no problems. Breakfast was excellent with great choices.

A routine stay when crossing the country was made excellent by team member Georg, on reception on arrival and the car during the evening. A fantastic representative for the hotel, friendly, informative and efficient. Really enjoyed our stay this time.

In an excellent central position overlooking the Loire. A good sized room with an excellent bathroom. Staff were very pleasant. Handy for the Place Plumereau where we had two excellent dinners.

Car park in a grubby underground public car park a short walk away. No comfortable seating area in the reception area. No restaurant. Plenty nearby as suggested at reception, but no offer to make a reservation and the good restaurants were full when I looked.

Location ideal for discovering the centre. Room impeccable, large, comfortable, well equipped as you would expect. Bathroom top quality.

No way of unloading luggage from car at the door of the hotel. Room needed USB charging points, and more electric points generally.

Modern, comfortable, quiet room. Good staff. Generally the sort of quality you expect from a business hotel. It's right in the centre and five minutes from lots of restaurants, and the old part of town. The marché on Sunday was really great - French people socialising, eating oysters and ham from stalls

Everything was great about this hotel.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, facing the river and a few minutes walk to the shops & restaurants. The room was bigger than we expected with a very comfortable bed. There is no parking at the hotel but directly outside the hotel is an underground car park which costs around €12 for 24 hours. We travelled with our dog and there was a €20 charge for that which seems pretty standard.

Price was a bit higher than other hotels nearby. No offloading zone for cars.

View to the city (bid window). Bedroom was huge and perfect for travelling with our dog. Location is also great - close to metro and a Starbucks just in front 😁 Parking was close by and affordable (12€ for 24h).

We would like some fresh fruit at breakfast. The bowl of fruit felt like it was there for display purposes. A nespresso machine in the bedroom would have been appreciated rather than a kettle with instant coffee.

Hotel easy to find. The receptionist was lovely friendly and welcoming. Offered us a map and then proceeded to circle landmarks which we would like to visit. She was very informative. Perfect location for visiting the Christmas markets. Will definitely be visiting again.
