Nobody on reception when we arrived and staff a little frosty on 1st meeting (claiming no English spoken despite the plaque saying English and German spoken) Warmed up a bit when we extended. Food good

I missed the point that they open up at 17.00, so I was too early. There is no recharging point for the car, so I had to go to a supermarket in Sélestat.

The hotel in proximity of the motorway which makes it very comfortable. Rooms (in a attached building) are modern and very spacious and the bathroom is modern with an excellent rain shower. Food in the restaurant is traditional and very nice. I would stay there again. I liked their christmas decoration!

Very comfortable room - great bed and pillows! Our room had a private patio - very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and breakfast the next day. It was so good! We were sad to leave. We definitely recommend!

A little remote, but nice and quiet.

Located in a picturesque village, has a lovely pool and outdoor area and good restaurant. The rooms are well appointed and look out on the pool with a balcony or terrace.

Kids loved the outdoor pool, good for adults too. Spacious, quiet rooms. Very good restaurant and wines! Kids got handmade nuggets and fries to eat. Free parking. Friendly staff.

There was no refrigirator in the room and there was no water in the room. If you arrived at hotel late and there is no place to buy a water. You have to learn french if you plan to stay in here because you cant find anybody talking another language. Thay also try to charge 3 day breakfast fee even we didn't use this service. The behaviour of the restourant employee was very rude. Pretend like we are escaping without paying the service even we didn't use.

The things missing were a kettle with some drink options and a fridge. We were tired after a long journey and it would have been nice to have a hot drink without leaving the room.

the smell from the building where the rooms were located was absolutely unbearable. I don't think anyone has vented in the last 10 years. also, the friendly staff couldn't erase the "warehouse" type feeling from the outside. Besides, the swimming pool was not functional, but we werent in the mood for swimming anyway. The places seen in Alsace were wonderful, but as usual, in the central European area (especially France, Switzerland, Germany), the hotel services are submediocre, but they are insanely expensive. For example ... for the same money paid here, I could access 5-star (real) services anywhere in Greece on the seashore. So, from this perspective, the feeling is of robbery, not of vacation.

Our room was above the restaurant kitchen. There was no door, so the kitchen odors where quite pervasive. Opening the windows was also not a good idea as they give to the parking lot.

The room was clean. Please note that the Comfort Rooms are in the building to the street. And not at all the ones shown on Booking.
