No refrigerator. I can understand, the hotel is being eco friendly.

The property was closed to train station. Very convenient especially after a long trip. The breakfast was very nice. Lots of variety. Bathroom was well equipped. Nice hot shower.

Great location and easy check in. Loved the discount for parking and safe location close to the hotel. Yasan and staff were wonderful and helpful with all questions. We had a great dinner at the hotel after a long day of travel.

I requested a quiet room, but there was very significant construction next door. The noise started very early. There was also a fault with the air con so it made noise even when off.

Across the street from the Strasbourg main railway station. Very cool hotel and a beautiful room with a balcony. The staff were very helpful. I like the focus on sustainability.

I would have liked a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had while traveling! Truly top notch with numerous gourmet bakery items, hot dishes like eggs and sausage as well as fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, sliced cheese/meats, yogurt, cereals and a wide selection of coffees/juice. Breakfast begins at 6:00am so we could get an early start. Thank you!!!!

Perfect location just a couple of minutes from train station. Lovely room and decor,just a cut above other similar priced hotels we have stayed in. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. When we return to Strasbourg we will definitely be returning to Hotel Tandem By the way Strasbourg is perfect for a couple of nights stay.

I don’t think you c am fault this property. Amenities are great and service is perfect. Location is also super convenient and right next to central train station.

This property is super lovely. Whenever I travel to Strasbourg I always stay here. Great modern rooms cleaned daily and spotless. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection of baked goods is very tasty.

It’s in a brilliant location to explore the main historic town. Everything was within walking distance but also accessible by Tram. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is absolute delicious with a great variety. The rooms were pristine and the decor was simply fascinating.
