We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Amazing buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Great view from the apartment. We could also store our luggage while we did the TMB.

Les Houches is a great spot to be in; easy to get to trails and to Chamomix via public transit. Out of the scene but close to a supermarket, several restaurants, and a great boulangerie. This hotel is a solid, clean, and safe option there.

United StatesParking area very small and a bit chaotic. Had it not been for a staff departure we would have needed to park in an alternate area within walking distance of the hotel. Not a convenience for a guest with mobility issues. A handicapped parking space in the parking area would be nice.
Hotel was attractive and well appointed. Breakfast was really nice with a lot of selections. Breakfast located off the lobby in the restaurant area and it was very comfortable with good atmosphere.
