When I phoned reception to ask for fresh milk, they said that they could not assist me and that instead I needed to go to the restaurant to get it myself.

Location was excellent. I even had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing.

Bathroom look new but there was a issue with shower drainage, slowly filling up the base. We were only there one night so didn't get around to inform hotel.

Connecting rooms were really good, with a secure Hallway between the two rooms, locked off from other rooms. Nice size rooms

The water heater, I think it's too small for the property because some times we had to take cold showers.

The hotel was really nice and clean, the girls at the lobby always helped us. The rooms are pretty spacious for european standards. Breakfast was delicious and the area is well connected and there are nice restaurants in the area.

Located in beautiful historical building short walking distance from Eiffel Tower and other sites. Next to metro station. As a bonus we could see the Tower from our window. Room was cute, clean, and comfortable.

Rooms are small, the toilet is small, but good enough for just a few days. The elevator is quite old, so you have to try hard to press in the buttons.

Overall the location is good, right next to metro so commuting is easy. The bed is comfortable, has double shield window, can’t hear noise outside, but you can hear your neighbours if they are loud.

Even if they said they upgraded our room, it was really small for the price paid.

The location was really convenient, and the cleanliness and warm decoration of the rooms. The room was really quiet and clean, bed really comfortable and warm. Breakfast was really good, including plant-based yogurt, which is really appreciate it. The opportunity to leave our bags before the check-in and after the check-out makes the experience really flexibly and convenient. Offering unlimited coffee and tea is really a warm touch.

There was nothing I disliked.

The hotel has a great location. You can walk to the main points of attraction. Multiple metros and buses to go anywhere you want fast. Lovely view - recommend booking a room with the Eiffel Tower view. It is very quiet, clean and has helpful staff. Amazing air conditioning system - awesome for cold winter days. Breakfast was good. Breakfast hours suitable for anyone: 6:30 am - 10:00 am

NOTHING, everything was wonderful!

The entire stay was amazing. The hotel reached out a few days before our arrival and provided guidance on the best way to get to the hotel from the airport we arrived in. We were given a warm welcome by the staff upon arrival. The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Enjoyed every part of the stay here and have no hesitation recommended this property to anyone. We had a lovely stay and can't wait to return soon!

The hotel is nice and the rooms are quite bigger compared to Paris’ standards. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is fine. In the morning the shower was not working properly and without hot water. The reception told us it was a problem affecting the whole building and they refunded a part of the stay without asking.

Window view was to the inner stairs, pretty dark.

The hotel is very nice and fresh. Location is convenient, close to metro. Breakfasts were great. Coffee, tea and water are available all the time and complimentary.

Toilet is tooo small

We took room of 3 beds i think its one of the biggest rooms in paris Location is good near to Eiffel Tower Staff are friendly theres a leady that is sooo helpful she carried out our bags to our room i dont remember her name
