Apple Pay wasn't accepted so I wasn't able to pay city tax but after I contacted reception they sent me an online form to fill out to pay the city tax

Bed was extremely cozy, Spare adapter to use in the room during stay which I thought was very nice, Plenty of food options very local, 10 minute walk from Eiffel Tower, metro station right opposite to get to any destination

I didn’t know the area being never visited Paris, so it was a bit of a walk to Eiffel Tower, but restaurants were very close by. We used Ubers to our tours.

10 out of 10. Delightful and communicative staff members, who were happy by nature and keen to assist. The rooms were exceptionally clean and we loved the opened french windows. The Metro directly opposite makes travelling around Paris so very easy. And I cannot express how varied and excellent is the breakfast - quality and variety. This is now our Hotel in Paris by choice. Thank you staff and management.

Nothing, it was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We had two connecting rooms for our family of four and loved our rooms, lots of space and my daughters even had an Eiffel Tour view. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and stores and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. There was yummy snacks and fruit waters and coffee in the lobby with comfortable chairs and sofas.
