We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room is a little small, no hair dryers, little space for wardrobe. Quite an awkward setup for the shower as the glass is transparent so you have to draw the curtains to provide privacy however you can’t use the toilet if someone’s using it as you have to walk through. Overall it didn’t pose much of a problem. We really enjoyed our stay.
Excellent location. Clean, staff are friendly. Love the breakfast selection.Close to the airport, walking distance to the beach, and also a 5 min walk to the tram station and shops.

The location is close to the airport. But incase you need to take an early morning flight, there are no tram available before 5 AM. You will need to book a taxi to airport which will hardly take 5 minutes.

AustraliaEverything is bad at the hotel. As soon as you step out of the elevator the hallway already has an awful smell. The building is extremely old and has been very cheaply renovated. The room is tiny only big enough for the bed. The smell in the room is disgusting, we had to spray perfume just to make it bearable. The aircon doesn’t work properly and the room doesn’t even have a kettle in it. Way too expensive for what you get absolute waste of money. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in a car.

The staff were my favorite, I went there as a guest and left having new friends, I went to greet hotel with no previous reservation, Sybelle was beyond sweet and patient to help me with my reservation, and she gave me a lovely cake, that she made herself. Belar was so kind and helped with my luggage even tho he didn’t have to ( they were too heavy and too much hehe), They truly made my friend and I feel home and safe. As for the hotel it is newly renovated hence all the reviews regarding the cleanliness of the place from more than 1 month ago are invalid, since everything is squeaky clean. Its next to tram, train station and a bus stop Beach is 7 minutes walking, princess bakery 5 minutes lovely and my favorite restaurant originale is a must try 2 minutes away. Finally if I return to Nice, i will definitely go back 💙
