It is a share house and there are no locks on your bedroom door, as a solo female traveller, you have to trust that your fellow guests are good people. This is not for everyone.

Only downside is that its on the fourth floor (no elevator), so a bit of a trek with your luggage. I knew beforehand so it wasnt a problem for me, but good to be aware of.

Perfect place for a few nights in Nice, room was large and comfortable bed. Host was very hospitable.

Really enjoyed my stay at Niko's place which full of French character, run by a lovely leave-in host who made me feel at home. Big room, comfortable bed and quiet at night for a good night sleep after enjoying a day in this amazing seaside town.

It is on the Fifth floor with no elevator which is fine just be prepared if you have lots of luggage!

The host was delightful, the location was great, close walk to everything while not being in the center of everything, the value is great for anyone vacationing who mostly spends their time out on the town instead of at the hotel, really pleasant stay

I was absolutely delighted by the flat and the host. I didn't regret a minute that I didn't opt for a regular hotel. Neko was very welcoming and easygoing. She provided me with all the instructions ahead of time both about transportation and the house. I had an amazing room with a lovely balcony - just perfect for breakfast and an evening chill. The bed was super comfy! If I have a chance to come again, I would definitely consider staying there!

The location is excellent, it’s peaceful but close to everything, including the tram station directly from the airport. The rooms are spacious. Neko is lovely, really made me feel like I was at home. I will go back.

A perfect room with the best host. Neko’s communication is incredible and her apartment is super cozy. With other travels staying there, it remained calm, clean and quiet. I loved the location, which seemed less touristy but still walking distance from everything.

The apartment is located on 4th floor, so reconsider in case you have big suitcases and mind carrying them up 4 floors. For a bag-packer like me, it was no issue.

Superb location just 2 minutes walk from a tram station, hence direct connectivity from airport. Beach and old town is around 10 minutes walk. The room is very simple and quiet. Since the building is old, you’ll get the feel of the city while you’re there. Good views from the balcony. The host Niko is one gem of a person. If not for anything else, you should definitely stay to interact with her. Amazed to know her life experiences, knowledge of 6-7 different languages and warmth in her personality. Please note that since you’ll be living in a room in someone’s home, some basic etiquettes are expected.

Not a problem for me but things to note - the owner (Niko) lives in the apartment and there are 3 guest rooms. The rooms don’t have locks but Niko reassured me she is usually home to insure safety and it all felt safe to me. Also there is only one bathroom and a separate toilet so sometimes had to wait if everyone was home.

Great find! Owner Niko was a great and friendly host. The decor in the apartment is so beautiful and creative. Rooms were bright and very clean, beds were a bit hard for me but comfy enough. The area felt perfectly safe and is in a great location a short walk from Nice Old Town and the train station. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a great location, in the heart of Nice, in a quiet apartment. The host Neko is a friendly, helpful, dear and warm person, it was a pleasure to meet her and have small chats sometimes. She made the experience special and enjoyable. :)
