You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

United StatesWe had a car and you do need to find parking off-site but the hotel staff gave us many recommendations. We were on the top floor and the elevator doesn't go all the way so we had to carry our bags for 1 floor. Not a big deal, but something to know.
The family suite was great allowing our teens to have their own beds and space. The suite was roomy and had 2 bathrooms, plus it felt very new and the beds were comfortable. The Jules Vernes theme throughout the property was tasteful and fun. The location was perfect for walking around Nantes.

United KingdomI would prefer a small fridge in the room to keep some cold drinks but knew this was the case before we went so can't really complain. The balcony is a Juliet so not the type you can sit out on or even stand on.
Reception staff were really helpful. the location is perfect for exploring Nantes city centre. The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. We liked having a kettle to make tea and coffee. There is a great facility beside reception where you can make a coffee or help yourself to water and some soft drinks free of charge. It is a nice place to sit and relax or work on your lap top.

SpainI expected a larger and more comfortable lobby area for a Best Western Hotel. The rooms have carpets which does not feel very hygienic. My room had a strange smell when I entered but then I opened the windows and it was OK. I would have liked the bed linen to smell fresher.
The hotel is very well located, next to a lovely square and close to the river. Complimentary drinks (coffee, tea) are offered. It is nice you can fill in your own 'carafe' with plain or sparkling water and take to your room.

Perfect location in the center - 50 meters far from the theater square. Surprisingly very quiet room, with good noise isolation. Very kind reception staff, and the room was clean and tidy. Completely satisfied with our stay.
