Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaThe bus collection from Disney at the end of the night was disgraceful. Their needed to be way more buses ready to collect people after the final show. This happens everyday so I can’t understand how this was so bad. It may not be in the hotel’s control, but it was disgusting with the lack of buses and then the overcrowding to get back. My kids were nearly crushed.

AustraliaThe buffet breakfast was not nice. Absolute mayhem and mess with the amount of people pushing and rushing to eat before going into Disneyland. ALSO, there needs to be more food options in between restaurant opening times. Just a small kiosk with ready made snacks (even chips) would be great. When the restaurants are closed there is nothing to eat! Terrible when you have kids. BYO snacks.
Great location. The vibe of the hotel is very Disney and magical - great for young families. The rooms are good if you are a family of 5-6 with interconnecting options.

SpainDinner buffet I consider it was a bit overpriced for the choices and only one drink included on the price, I definetely prefer to have dinner around disney village for half the price.

United KingdomI personally did not like the cooked breakfast options but that's personal taste and I did enjoy the cereals fruit and croissants offered. We had a lovely evening meal one night at the hotel and again staff were really helpful with our language barrier and accommodating with our son who does not eat savoury food.
We felt welcomed by the reception staff from arrival the staff were helpful and kind as we are English we could not speak French and the staff spoke clearly to us and shown us where we could put our luggage whilst waiting for our room to be ready as we did arrive early. We originally booked at a eurocamp which was awful and why we made a late booking into the Grand Magic Hotel for the week, whilst over in France and wanting to visit Disneyland we were looking for a hotel as close to Disney as we could afford. We had arranged transfers from eurocamp back to airport with the French taxi company and we found it a struggle due to the language barrier to change our arrangements needing to inform the taxi driver we changed to the Grand Magic for pick up after our holiday so the hotel staff called them and translated back in English for us that the taxi had been changed and we felt reassured and transfers went smoothly. The hotel was lovely in itself we were amazed by the lighting changes in the restaurant and bar room the modern decor throughout was inviting and child friendly especially within our family room we booked. The views sitting outside in the hotel garden were beautiful and the food was nice. We also loved having a private swimming pool that was only shared with other hotel guests that was a really enjoyable bonus!

United KingdomThe transfer bus was a little shambolic we just managed to squeeze in on the journey from the hotel to the Disney park, this was about 10.00am so after the rush, the return trip at around 4pm was not so good as there was not enough room to get on the bus which meant a wait of about half an hour for the bus to around its route and back to the park, it is shared with another hotel so makes 2 stops.
A clean well presented room, had the usual tea and coffee facilities and a fridge of good size. There was plenty of choice for the breakfast, overall good for the short time we were there, the swimming pool looked good but did not have time to try it.

United KingdomIt was not clear what drinks were included in the evening dinner meal plan, and I was disappointed not to choose which wine to have. Not many options for the baby for breakfast, loads of fruit available in the evening but not much on offer in the morning.
Absolutely stunning decor in the entrance and bar area, the lights/projections were magical. All staff were very super helpful and friendly, which I appreciated travelling on my own with my baby. Very close to the Disney parks - in fact, we walked there in one occasion , however free shuttles were excellent. Really enjoyed the buffet dinner options.

United KingdomIt was very busy! I would recommend getting to breakfast early, although as it was for families going to Disney everyone probably goes early.
The breakfast was excellent, there was a large variety of buffet items, both hot and cold, and you could have as much as you liked and as much coffee and juice. The staff were very helpful. The shuttle service means it was like staying on the park but it’s a lot cheaper. They let us have a room for 6 whereas Disney hotels wanted us to pay for two rooms.

United KingdomThe toilets werent updated. There were cracks in the sink and commode. The elevator button was pushed into the socket and it was only repaired after a whole 24 hours after.By which time we had to use the stairs.
Loved the Magical ambience, the dinner buffet was good.Loved the exotic dishes like escargot and mussels along with other cuisines. Rice was also served for breakfast !! The rooms were clean,it was cleaned everyday with the towels changed. Great view. The magical ambience welcoming us with the lights are just mesmerising. We can sit and stare at them all day. The swimming pool was lovely although quite compact. Quite close to the Disneyland and the Euro star station which was brilliant. The staff were friendly and very willing to help.

United KingdomSome of the staff were not as helpful as we had hoped. The pool on the 1st day was cold but it was advertised as heated. It was also not clear that this was not a fully inclusive package and we only realized this when we tried checking in. Be vary also of the French tax as this is separate to the tax included in the package. The final annoyance was that it was not clear on where to get the shuttle from on our return from Disney to the hotel and as a result we got lost and had to pay 25 EUR for a taxi on our first night.
We liked the location, the regular shuttle buses to Disneyworld. The food was also lovely especially the buffet. The breakfast included rice, which were not used to.
