Loved this hotel. My husband and I stayed in the Junior Suite with Balcony for our week-long trip to Paris (visiting from the US). The hotel is beautiful and offers a five-star, boutique feel. The decor is high end and the smell throughout the common areas delightful. The staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, ready to help in any way we needed. We arrived early the day of our check-in and we were granted access to our room hours ahead of the 3PM guaranteed check-in time. We were welcomed with a lovely complimentary bottle of champagne and French chocolate. Housekeeping visited multiple times throughout the day, ensuring that our room stayed tidy. We included the breakfast buffet with our booking and looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning. The bed and pillows were comfortable, not quite as comfortable as our bed at home, but good nonetheless. The location was very convenient, walking distance to many attractions that we visited and otherwise close to metro and bus stops. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our wifi kept cutting in and out and we weren't able to use it to watch a movie when we got back from dinner on our first night. Their TVs didn't have streaming services integrated, so you had to use Chromecast to stream from your phone, but because the wifi was not stable, we couldn't use it. However, when I mentioned it to the hotel, they promptly sent someone to the room the next day to fix it, which solved the issue.

The room was great, the location was incredible, and the staff were incredible. We were treated like VIPs from start to finish, and we had no complaints about the hotel. The view from our room was fantastic and the location was steps from the Louvre, which was very cool.

The location of this hotel is central to the city and has Metro stations very close by. The rooms are beautiful, and have lovely views of the neighboring apartments and hotel with similar architecture. The breakfast is delicious. The entire experience feels luxurious; the views, the inviting bath, the spa, and the comfortable bed.

If I had to suggest one thing to improve upon, it would be a larger fitness facility. It’s very small and dark. However most people get all the cardio they need walking the streets of Paris so I can’t really complain.

The Grand Hôtel Du Palais Royal is a stunning boutique hotel. Its location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and despite our room facing the back lane, the view is still excellent. After all, Paris is beautiful everywhere! 😃 All the staff were fantastic and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

The hotel is exquisite it had the right parisian boutique feel. The hotel is spotless and the amenities are of a high standard. The staff are immensely welcoming and helpful with any queries asked. Fabulous location and the hotel is very quiet only heard the streets of you had the windows open.

This hotel's location is unbeatable - right by the Louvre Museum and the chic Rue Saint-Honoré. The friendly staff and spotless, comfortable rooms made our stay fantastic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cheeses, eggs, vegetables, and fruits - exactly what we needed to start our day in Paris.We'll definitely be back!

It was a great location, close to Louvre, Gand Palais, and many restaurants, however it was on a very quiet street so you felt like it was a quite oasis even though it was so close to things. The hotel was very clean, the stay was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast each morning was really delicious. We were very happy here!
