“old building” odor

The rooms are small, however, the floor is clean, the sheets are clean, the bathrooms are clean. there was an “old building” odor which could be annoying but for the most part, we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again

Overall this was great place to stay. Trying to identify negatives; very small room (but that is typical in Paris), and staying at lower levels one might suffer from traffic noise.

Clean and tidy. Relatively updated by Paris standards. Good location, away from mass crowds but within easy access to sights and near a big park/woods (Bois de Vincennes). Friendly and helpful staff.

Shower was compact and I wouldn't have liked to be any wider than I am but it did the job and the water was hot with good pressure

Breakfast is not included in the price. I booked an extra day and they charge me a lots with obviously not the breakfast included. As well, I asked for a Tub, anf they charge 40 euros extra. Very disappointed. They are only thinking about money money.

My entry card did not work on one day, even after several resets at the reception. In the end the night porter had to open the room for me.

Nice room with desk and sufficient power sockets. Nice caffees very near the hotel, open until 11:00pm. Metro station right at the hotel. The location is not super busy but also not sketchy.

We booked the room relatively last minute - we got a room on the top floor where we could actually take a peek at the Eiffel Tower around the corner! The room was small (but that’s usual for Paris) but very nicely furnished - you can see both in the room and the whole hotel that it seems to have been recently refurbished - and that was very very well done. Staff was incredibly helpful and we were able to store our luggage on arrival and departure day. Location was very nice - we took a trip to Disneyland and visited the city and the hotel was perfectly located right inbetween. Would come back!

Rooms are a little small but cosy. With no hotel restaurant, it would have been nice to have had a minibar with a few drinks and snacks.

Great location in tree lined avenue in a not so well location, but with great transport links, and easy to get to both Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon easily. A nice area for walking and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Porte Doree and Parc de vincennes are 10 minutes walk away

The room we were given was much smaller than on picture, the bed was touching the desk and we had no space to move around, the bathroom was uncomfortable and any time i showered i struggled to shower properly (I’m 1,94cm), the staff wasn’t helpful other than asking us for the deposit and city tax. When i asked if we received the wrong room the front desk said we booked this room but on picture we booked a larger room. We also asked for water and the front desk told us to go buy it ourself when it was close to midnight and nothing was open, instead of just letting us buy from the hotel or giving it to us we had to go out at night and search the streets just for a bottle of water.

The bed was the only thing comfortable, and the neighbourhood was calm. Daily cleaning was more than perfect, props to the cleaning crew.

Metro noise even in night but it hardly impacted us as we were too tired. Rooms are small but we hardly spend time in room so not an issue.

Amazing location, good service, clean bathrooms and overall hygienic. Staff was polite and helpful. It was so close to metro which makes your life easy to travel.
