Room could be a little bit larger. But it's waste of time to spend a lot of time in the hotel room if you are in the Paris.

Excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice and croissants. Metro station next to door. Hotel allowed us to check in at 11 am because our triple room was already prepared. Thanks

Room was small but good light, very clean and comfortable beds. Great location and beautiful neighbourhood with lots of great food options in easy walking distance. Lovely walk to the zoo - a fun spot for the kids. My kids aged 10 and 8 loved the hotel, including the breakfast.

Pricy. Could go down a litle in price.

Aircondition. Placement and very good room cleening. And 2 night they changed all madrasses in the hotel. Very nice beds.

“old building” odor

The rooms are small, however, the floor is clean, the sheets are clean, the bathrooms are clean. there was an “old building” odor which could be annoying but for the most part, we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again

Overall this was great place to stay. Trying to identify negatives; very small room (but that is typical in Paris), and staying at lower levels one might suffer from traffic noise.

Clean and tidy. Relatively updated by Paris standards. Good location, away from mass crowds but within easy access to sights and near a big park/woods (Bois de Vincennes). Friendly and helpful staff.

Shower was compact and I wouldn't have liked to be any wider than I am but it did the job and the water was hot with good pressure

Breakfast is not included in the price. I booked an extra day and they charge me a lots with obviously not the breakfast included. As well, I asked for a Tub, anf they charge 40 euros extra. Very disappointed. They are only thinking about money money.

My entry card did not work on one day, even after several resets at the reception. In the end the night porter had to open the room for me.

Nice room with desk and sufficient power sockets. Nice caffees very near the hotel, open until 11:00pm. Metro station right at the hotel. The location is not super busy but also not sketchy.

I needed to cancel the rooms (free of charge) due to an emergency. I called the property two days in advance, but the person I spoke with said he wasn’t aware of the cancellation process and asked me to call the next day. The following day, they directed me to contact booking.com. I reached out to booking.com, who sent a request to cancel the rooms. However, despite multiple attempts, the property owner kept denying that they had received any request. It would have been better if they had been more transparent and simply denied the cancellation upfront; I would have understood. All in all it felt like they kept pushing the cancellation request and buy time.

Nothing really.

It was the first time that I experienced the 12th arrondissement in Paris, and this hotel had just the perfect location; I even walked to the Opera Bastille. The director of the hotel and his staff were very attentive to all your needs and very good at giving directions to go to different places. The breakfast was perfect; the plumbing worked very well in the bathroom. I warmly recommend this place. The public transportation was perfect also. No complaints whatsoever.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It is definitely not good value for the money—the room was extremely small and didn’t justify the price. Communication before arrival wasn’t the best, and during the stay, the reception staff were unhelpful and even rude. They struggled to answer basic questions about check-out and returning the deposit. One receptionist switched to French during a conversation, laughing and making inappropriate comments with colleagues, which was unprofessional. To make things worse, there were unnecessary political comments at the end, making the experience even more uncomfortable.

Great location in tree lined avenue in a not so well location, but with great transport links, and easy to get to both Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon easily. A nice area for walking and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Porte Doree and Parc de vincennes are 10 minutes walk away
