We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe found the breakfast to be overpriced. Better to walk 5 mins down the street to Paul for yummy coffee and croissants. Also the nearby grocery store has a self-service machine that makes freshly squeezed orange juice.
The hotel has an excellent location on a lively pedestrian street yet it is easily accessible from the highway. There is a large public garage beneath the street with an elevator directly in front of the hotel. The room was quite comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower and countertop. We even tried out the sauna - nice way to unwind after a day sightseeing.

United KingdomRoom was very small indeed and this should have been reflected in the price. I didn’t feel hotel security was great - anyone could walk in and up to the rooms, also our corridor window was always wide open with access right onto the fire escape.
Very stylish decor, beautifully refurbished. Excellent location in the heart of Reims but with great double glazing and sound proofing, we slept very well. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of cold foods.

CanadaThe toilet was separate from the shower room, which was good, but it had no sink. The hallway isn't level (there's a small ramp) and this caused some noise at night as people walked by.
The hotel is very close to the train station (5 minutes walk) and within walking distance of the Cathedral and some good restaurants. We walked to Paul each morning for breakfast and enjoyed being able to sit outside. Receiving a reusable glass bottle to use during the stay upon check-in was great. There's a water refill station by the stairs with sparkling, still, and room temperature water ready to be dispensed. The hotel has a bowl of fruit and flavoured water in the lobby by the elevator. The room set-up was good, with two separate bedrooms and the beds were decent. The room looked into an inner courtyard which was quiet. For agreeing to not have our beds made each night, we were gifted a certificate for a glass of champagne at the hotel's bar.

United KingdomThe room itself was really small. We had 2 twin beds which were basically touching and we could only just walk down the side of each bed.
A great location for accessing all that Reims has to offer, very close the the train station too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! The hotel is doing their part for the environment and lend refillable water bottles, along with offering an incentive for reduced cleaning requests during the stay.

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Reims, great location, walking distance to station and a lovely park. It green policy with refillable water bottles and option not to have daily room service is great for the planet. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had dinner here and drinks and can highly recommend.
