Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A great place to stay! Just came back from 5 nights here and would definitely book it again! Lovely very clean house with a huge garden. Easily accessible for Disney ( about a 12-15 minute bus ride) also an Aldi approximately 5 mins away. Host was very nice -lovely, lovely , lovely!

United KingdomThe owners of the property were really nice and prompt at answering my communication for any assistance required. Disneyland is like 11mins away from the property and the house has parking.
I liked the house as it was good for my family and it's a nice house and well looked after. Aldi supermarket is just nearby in a short walking distance and the house environment is really good. There is a big garden area at the back and property was equipped with WIFI.

Public transportation to Disneyland and the metro station for traveling to the center of Paris was easily accessible. The owner was kind and willing to communicate in English. Lots of space both inside and out. Easy access to Disney and Paris. Bus 100 mts from front door. Small bakery 1 min walk and an Aldi beside that.

SpainThe host is very kind and helpful. We contacted him before our stay and he answered very quick and concise. The house is beautiful and very clean. It has everything announced in the description and all is perfect. Nearby there is a supermarket and a bakery, which can be accessed by walk in less than 2-3 minutes. We wanted a place to stay during our 2 day visit to Disenyland Paris Parcs which were close to it and this house in Saint Germain sur Morin was perfect for us (we rent a car and we could move with it).
