The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the bathroom was infested with several ants. Not a massive issue but I had already reported this to Libertel during my feedback to them.

Very close from two train stations: Gare du Nord (only a 10 min walk) and in front of Gare de l'Est (about two minutes by walk). You have several fast food places around the hotel too and a supermarket right next to it (Monop') . Only a couple minutes away from several train & metro stations.

1. the room is quite small. it's ok for a few nights, just prepare your dress on your bag to avoid pack/unpack big luggage in the room.

1.location is ok, near to gare de L'est and Metro ( +/- 100m ) 2.though tap water is drinkable, but there is dispenser on 0 floor to fill your bottle for your convenience 3.near to groceries, you might have option for cheaper dinner :)

You can hear all the traffic below. Emergancy vehicles with their sirens on 24/7. Very rough area with homeless and beggers all around. I didn't have any issues with the noise or locals but just something to call out if you are particularly susceptible to these things. Location makes up for it

Nice simple hotel with all basics you expect from a hotel room. Very convenient location with metro just outside hotel and main station (Eurostar) short easy walk away. Good options to eat outside the hotel.

Reception had no A/C and we had to sit and wait for the receptionist and it was boiling! Otherwise great.

Excellent location by Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est station. Lovely clean room - super comfy bed. Nice extras - robes and slippers. Efficient A/C Chap on the door was not great but the whole he called to check us in receptionist was great. Great value for money for Paris, especially as Paralympics were on. Would definitely return.

Fridge wasn't working but we didn't need it.

Hotel is situated right next to Gare de l'Est station, and less than 10 mins walk to Gare du Nord, which was very convenient as we arrived at one and left from the other. Also easy metro journey to the city centre. We got a free upgrade to a privilege room which was a very nice bonus. Very comfortable! Staff were super-friendly, breakfast was great. They also have good luggage storage if you are leaving later in the day.

Always when we are booking including the breakfast with your site , on the payment doesn't appear on the hotel. So we may need to pay for again.

A slight annoyance, but only slight, I went to make a coffee before leaving and everything was there except a cup. I didn’t request one as I was leaving early but would have appreciated having a coffee to give me a boost.

Excellent location next to the train station for my early train the next morning. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

The only thing I'd like to improve is the friendliness of the staff. They were polite, but didn't try very hard to be welcoming.

We loved the easy access to the hotel from Gare du Nord as we travelled by train this was very important for us. The underground station is also super close. The room was super clean and comfortable.

Voices heard clearly when people talking outside in hallways and can disturb other guests.

Room was too small........before select the hotel any one must be sure about the room size.

each and everything was fantastic.........Loc from Gare de est is just 2-3 min. lots of various resturents near the hotel. Metro station just 2 min.

Out of the control of the hotel but the area around Gare du Nord can be a little uncomfortable, depending on the time of day you are getting back to your hotel.

The hotel is clean, and well furnished. It looks pretty and the service staff are all friendly and approachable. The rooms are stylish and not too small and the bathroom feels spacious and nice to use.

It’s close to the train station so you can hear the train every now and then. I slept ok, but definitely was noticeable.

Great location. I was a little worried when I walked up from the street but it’s a nice hotel in a busy centre. The room was nice and great value for money. The bathroom was also actually quite nice. Nicely and interestingly decorated. A nice change of pace.

Sheets were a little old and not crisp.

Checking in very late at night, reception staff was really excellent - super fast, efficient and polite. Checking out very early - the same. Free water etc Bathroom compact and clean. Lovely and unexpected to have a walk out balcony too!

The hotel's greatest strength is its proximity to Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord. Coming with that, of course, is a lot of street noise. It's a compromise.

Shamim welcomed us warmly at check in and found us rooms even though we were an hour early. He provided good knowledge of the area as well. Such a pleasure. There was also, unlike many hotels on my trip, a bath. And this was wonderful to soak out some of the tiredness of travel.
