Second bedroom accessed through the first, and the toilet is downstairs. Didn't bother us though as we're family and it's a clever use of the space.

Little jewel of an apartment, well presented, great location. Laon old town is lovely- we needed a place to stopover on a long journey and this was perfect - an extra night of holiday :)

The Sauna was not why I booked this apartment. It just looked like great value. And it certainly was... I only had about 9hrs to stay, before continuing a long driving trip to Germany. However, the IR Sauna did look fantastic, new and latest. I wish I could have stayed longer and tried it out! Quiet location, all Mod cons, good wi-fi. Easy parking. Loved it!! Quirky designs for architecture & accessories. But brilliant- Obviously a couple who have a goal to please their guests, & I loved their design vibe. Nothing wierd! Just incredibly inventive on a budget for a rental property. Love your style x

An attractive, well-equipped apartment with an excellent shower and bed. Very close to the cathedral, but quiet and with car parking close by. Florian provided a useful guide on what to see and where to eat, and was very responsive to queries.

Unfortunately the WiFi details shown were not correct but this was quickly resolved after I contacted the owner who gave a very prompt reply. The road noise was quite loud at times during our stay but I would think this was unusual as there was quite a large event taking place in the city. The stairs up to the bedroom are very steep, this wasn’t a problem for us but it Amy e be for other guests.

The property was in an excellent location with lots of free parking available very close by. The property was clean on arrival and had all the essentials needed for a short break.

We brought our own children's chair, there was none? There is no ventilation in the toilet?

Good location near the center and a playground. It was also good for our 2 year old son. It was convenient that there was a door between the bedrooms, so our son was safe from the stairs. The decoration is awesome and the shower and sauna luxurious. The blinds were cooling and blocked the noise from the streets. There was a children's camping bed available (we brought our own also) and it fit perfectly near one of the beds.

It was a very cold evening, and it took a while to heat the downstairs up. Also having some shower gel provided would have been appreciated.

Great location, perfect for a stopover on the way to Calais. The sauna was a bonus on a cold night after a long drive. Good coffee included too. Easy to follow instructions, plenty of parking next door, and nice to have a guide to Laon sent in advance.

Sadly the booking site doesnt show the only toilet is downstairs, the stairs are steep and not even, the bottom one has a bigger drop, open wooden style. Not ideal in the middle of the night. We found the apartment above us extremely noisy, we heard every move and the shower at 11pm ran down the pipes behind the wall in our bedroom for half an hour. Consequently no sleep. Stylish and great location but not for us, no sleep means unhappy guests. On thd day of arrival owner offerred us a refund by email at 4pm when we were driving on the motoway in the rain, as he said the stair rail was broken but safe, so we took his word for it and went to apartment but it wasnt safe. We could not find another place in the pitch black rain at 6pm. It is a shame as very nice host but it is not suitable for children or anyone who gets up in the night to use the loo. No refund is compensation as we had an 7 hour drive the next day which we couldnt do.
