Ability to change temperature in the room would have been good - it was super hot and we could not turn off the radiator.

The room was a bit small for three of us but it was well laid out so we could be compact with putting our things in the cabinets.

Fantastic value for money. Such a lovely place, well located, amazing breakfast, and also loved the little sauna in the basement. Generally was very impressed with the great value.

Excellent location for the ski lifts and the town. A lovely traditional hotel. We had a family room between 2 (there were no other rooms available when we booked) which was large and immaculately clean with lots of hanging space. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing. There is a heated outdoor pool with views of the mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Check in and check out were easy and the information provided before we arrived was very useful. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we had an amazing stay. There is a shuttle bus to the lifts which avoids the uphill walk! We will definitely stay here again.

Twin room was really right for space with barely enough room to walk around the beds but plenty of room downstairs in bar/lounge area to relax.

Really cosy hotel. Lovely breakfast with hot and cold options as well as gluten free. The sauna, outdoor heated pool and games room were a bonus (table tennis and two table football machines). Lots of books in the comfy lounge / bar area. Bathroom was a good size and nice to have a balcony. Very close to a supermarket and short stroll into town centre and main gondolas or take the free bus that runs from 7am until 10pm every few minutes. Bus P stops about 200m from hotel on Rte de La Plagne and goes straight to Pleney gondola where you can change onto the A bus that goes every 7 minutes to the Prodains (Avoriaz Express) gondola.

Same things every day no variety and not much choice for breakfast When rooms were turned down they didn’t remove dirty cups just left them in the side each day. One staff member was very rude and didn’t feel like she wanted to help she just seemed understaffed and made this our problem rather than hers. Wouldn’t let us use the pool/sauna at 8pm when it didn’t say anywhere what the opening / closing times were of the pool. Rude about this - think she just didn’t want to bother opening the small cover for us. One younger girl was lovely and really helpful and kind.

Excellent variety of fresh food every day for breakfast. Shuttle bus to lifts if required. Fresh cake available on return from the slopes. Lounge sitting area is comfortable and welcoming with ample seating and the staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable. Love our stay and would definitely stay again.

The customer service was absolutely amazing, staff were so helpful! particularly the young girl. The hotel was so clean and breakfast was great. The dry room is fabulous for all your equipment. We will hopefully be back next year!
