Reception on Sunday night. They had no information from Booking.com. I had prepaid for this hotel stay online but the hotel asked me pay once again.

The rooms are too small. The lift/ elevator is horrible. Very ordinary breakfast

We booked a family room (double bed and two singles) but were put into two separate rooms - each with only one bed due to some ‘error’ - although our booking had been confirmed. When we realised each room only had one bed we asked for rooms with two beds as each adult would need to be with one child. The best they could manage was one room with two beds and one with one. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was - viennoiserie was rather stale. Rooms very small. Corridors and lifts tiny. But for the claustrophobic.

Great location for Gare Du Nord / Saint Denis connections Room was clean, and well equipped We used it as an overnight stop for the Olympics and sight seeing - then access to the station. .

I do not understand why some hotels put non-lockable doors on bathrooms. Whether I’m sharing this room with one or three people, I would still like a door I can close fully and lock on my bathroom! Our room here had a sliding frosted glass panel between the bedroom and bathroom that was not flush with the wall, and then a heavy curtain over it to for added modesty. I’m sorry, but I’d still rather have a solid door and a lock please! The location was great for access to the station, but otherwise I would not choose to stay here, personally.

We needed a room with four beds for our family to overnight, ready for a morning train. The beds were clean and comfy, and the bathroom was a good size and also spotless. For what we needed, it was perfect. The location was also super easy from the main Gare du Nord, which is what we needed.

perfect for 3 star hotel: staff was kind/accomodating, room was clean and comfortable. this is a city hotel so it's a tight squeeze but they make good use of it - family of 4 fit perfectly for 1 night. location was perfect for us at Gare du nord but the neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe at night.

They gave us a wrong room and then we had to walk to another building. Elevator was so small, only one person and luggage.

After leaving the hotel, we started to get a red rash on our skin and it started to itch. After 3 days we went to a pharmacy and they told us it could have been bedbugs. Also, the air conditioning, even though it was on and it was 18 degrees, was not cold, so we were a bit hot during the day and at night, luckily we opened the windows because the weather outside was cooler than the air conditioning.

Cramped and lift space was so small it accommodated just two cases and a passenger and that was at a push The price for one night was exorbitant at €400 but presumably because of the Olympics It claimed be part of the Best Western group but bore no resemblance to their properties in the UK
