No towels available at the pool despite having a voucher for pool towels. Some of the areas could do with a freshen up. A few more options for food and a separate bar area would be welcome. The food was a bit pricy Having paid a lot of money for the stay then being charged for parking is a bit much.The second double bed was not the most comfortable as i was informed by the other adults in the party.

Pool was good grandchildren loved it we had a suite so plenty of room. The separate breakfast area was a bonus as part of our booking.

The breakfast is good but average. We had breakfast jnc however it s continental style with some small pastries breads/ham/cheese style. By day 4 we were bored of it. There isn't a hot selection however there is an option to pay to go into another area which I presume is more the all day breakfast type items.

The pool is fantastic for little ones. They also had a soft play area which is small but absolutely fine for what they need. It's not the cleanest though. There is also outdoor park which is good with a could of slides. Free shuttle to and from Disney and only approx 10-15mins on this. However it does get busy at times and is a "battle" with others as there isn't a queueing system.

Being charged 17Euros a day for parking even though your staying at the hotel is a scam! This should be included for hotel guests!. No warm choice for breakfast only cold offerings or toast.

- The food and restaurants are not very good. It was hard to have a good meal while there, even though prices were expensive. Common breakfast doesn't include eggs, orange juice, bacon, etc. For that you need to pay extra. - It would be nice if they could have a relaxing area, an outdoor pool (simple), or some sunbeds outside. For adults to enjoy and relax as well. - The bus for Disney gets really full and there is no respect/ priority for smaller children, disabled or handicapped people, pregnant women, etc. Not hotel's fault that people are not educated, of course, but be aware.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. They have a swimming pool with 3 slides and a boat, a soft play area, an indoor playground and an outdoor playground, a large videogames area, and a 4D cinema. It is amazing for kids. Services were working well and the employees were nice.

It isn't down to the hotel but had some horrific neighbors being noisy at 1:30/2am two nights in a row! The hotel was really easy to deal with and sent security to check around the hotel to find the annoying noisy neighbors! Just wish it could be a little closer to shops for having little ones to walk around and to supermarkets.

Absolutely fantastic hotel perfect for children the fact they have the pool the playground and soft play included it's brilliant! Would 100% visit again even just for a couple of days.

We booked a taxi with the receptionist by phone and email and then when we arrived at the airport there is no taxi waiting for us. We were with 2 kids and it was a nightmare. We’ve called for receptionist and they said that we haven’t any reservations

The lift was constantly out of operation which meant we were carrying luggage and a pram up and down the stairs numerous times during our 9 night stay. We also didn't think the variety at breakfast was vast, it was ok but not a whole lot of choice. We then tried the evening meal at the buffet restaurant on one of the days and the choice was minimal for the price we were charged. The only other thing I would add is the fan in the room was continuously making a lot of noise when switched on, we reported it but it still wasn't fixed and no communication was made with us if it was even checked out or not. We just dealt with the noise in the end.

We loved the pool facilities and all other kids facilities, the hotel in that respect has a lot to offer. The hotel was clean, we had no issues with cleanliness and the staff are pleasant and always on hand for assistance.

The staff did not know that we had already paid for this accommodation and tried to charge us again. The staff also took a long time to serve us at check in even though he wasn’t serving anyone. It was late at night and we waited about 20 minutes before he served us, even though we were stood with young children. He then interrupted our check in to discuss payment for food with another guest. We queued for a long time for pizza. There wasn’t enough staff serving for how many people were in the queue.

Pool was great! Rooms were spacious and clean.

The time the pool was closed of an afternoon seemed strange. It was when most families were returning to the hotel. There is obviously a reason for it though.

We travelled with our grandchildren who thought the Explorers was the best hotel they’d ever stayed at. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The dining options were great after a day at Disney and the included breakfast was sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Disneyland was great and always on time. The pool and the play areas were a hit with the grandchildren. Overall a fabulous stay.

The continental breakfast was very basic, got extremely busy and all of the crockery was damaged, chips on the edges of cups and bowls which will breed bacteria, my mug on the last day had a crack through it and the tea was slowly dripping through, also the cereal bowels were very tiny. All hot drinks are done on machines, a nicer option would have been fresh to order. One toaster was available for the whole hotel and its very slow and toasts one side only so you have to go through the process twice. Not great as we were in a rush to get our dance group to a rehearsal at the park. The beds were very hard, ok if you like a firm bed, the pillows however were ok which I usually personally struggle with. The rooms were very hot and it wasn't even sunny the week we came, there is a ceiling fan which helped for the main bed but anyone in either bunk could not feel the effect of it being on, The windows opened very wide to help circulate air but as we were above the pool this made for a loud night until 11pm when it closes, this is ok if you are out enjoying the evening but not so good if you needed an early night.

The children enjoyed the hotel, the pool was fun with slides and jets, they also enjoyed the rooms as there where two bunk beds. There was a central play area near the bar and food, making it easy for families to be together and keep an eye on the children whilst enjoying some down time. The pizza was good and came out fast even though there was a constant queue for them. The check in process was great, welcoming and fast. Towels and bedding were refreshed each day.

Nothing I didn’t like really only, I’m gluten, cows milk and soya intolerant, so wasn’t a lot of chose for breakfast. Always a long que at the bar in the evening need more bar staff.
