Long waiting time during check-in. Check out was perfect, very quickly (staff member was another man) They should improve servise at Marco's Pizza. Staff was not attentive. Didn't pay attention for a long time. The room was hot, and there are no screens on the windows, so mosquitoes flew in when opened.

The soft play area needs a good clean out (it was filthy, ripped and full of rubbish). The breakfast was basic but fine, the room was very cold

We loved the swimming pool with amazing waterslides (open daily from 8am), the games room, the communal indoor sitting area with pirate ship playground and the staff.

Chlorine level in the pool needs to be checked. Eyes were hurting so much after swimming. Rooms need refurbishing. Towels were not taken but not replaced and that meant that we did not have sufficient towels. Some lights in the room were not working. Transport from Disneyland duirng the evening (following light display, between 22.30 - 2300) has not been improved...cannot understand the reasons why these hotels insist on not improving the system by sending more buses duirng this time bracket. This means that a hotel giest are being treated very badly. Hotel food price to quality ratio is not good...either lower the prices or improve the food! Room was a bit small for 4 persons.

Overall fine, very nice indoor pool with slides. Kids really enjoyed it...pity that the chlorine level left us all with burning eyes. Breakfast is basic but enough and sufficient - very efficient hotel staff during breakfast. Very good luggage facilties. Overall staff were very helpful although some needed more training.

The pricing is awful for food/ drinks and gift store(more expensive than actual Disneyland in some parts). If you sorted this I think you could have a really great family hotel.

Natural light was good from window, but the light bulbs could be better quality if they were a brighter white, during the evening especially. The hot breakfast is at an addition cost, the veal sausages and the bacon were overcooked and cold, we only had it for 1 morning though.

4 nights standard breakfast only in the family room( 4 adults 1 child) with 1 double bed, 2 single beds in main room and 1 bunk bed in the adjoining room. All the staff were professional and helpful to assist in our needs and special requests during our stay, especially Receptionist (Leanne 🥰) thank you all 🙏☺️

The very poor welcome from the staff that was in the reception when we arrived, very noisy difficult to sleep , breakfast wasn’t great fruits not fresh and the hotel is not very clean.

the service provided in the room was not so good. the room for 6 people was very small - we only had one ceiling fan and the extension room (where the kids had their bunk beds) had no fan. The fridge didnt work. The telephone didnt work. We reported both but although reception told us that they were changed, they still didnt work. On two days we were left no towels and no toilet paper and we had to run around in the corridors to find someone to give us the towels since we had no phone working. That was very disappointing. Also i had some flowers sent to me in our hotel to be delivered to me in the room, and they got misplaced and found and delivered after 2 days!

Pool was amazing for the kids although the deckchairs were always full - need to add some more deckchairs or chairs at least. the food was good .. both dinner and breakfast was also very good - the pastries and baguettes were amazing.

It could have just been me not paying attention, but I was caught by surprise when I realized that parking wasn’t free and it was €17, which felt a bit expensive since we were hotel guests.

The property has so many amazing things for kids to do, it was honestly a little overwhelming because we were only there for 1 night so my kids wanted to do everything! Definitely a very cool hotel, I loved the theme and the food was great! We had the breakfast buffet and the pirates library for dinner- amazing food both times!

The facilifies are dirty and old, the buffef is chaotic and there is not variation in the food.

The best of the hotel are the areas for the children;water park, outdoor and indoor parks. The children had a blast on the water slides.

Our room wasn’t very clean, carpets are filthy. The hotel provided us with a travel cot that was disgustingly stained. The breakfast was absolute chaos people pushing young children out the way for pastries- no order at all.

The incredibly rude bus drivers. I had to report to the police after I was punched in the face by the bus driver when I was having trouble at the gate paying for my parking! He got out his bus walked up to my car started screaming in my face I tryed to explain then he went back to the bus carried on his abuse came back again opend my car door and punched me! As a disabled lady I was already stressed at the gate let alone being attacked! Worst ended to our holiday.

Breakfast was basic- additional cost (known in advance) if you wanted a cooked breakfast. Rooms were not air-conditioned - ceiling fan or opening the windows. Buffet dinner wasn't very appetising so we got a take away.

Swimming Pool was very good- clean changing rooms, digital lockers so no need to worry about taking coins. Plenty of chargeable parking onsite. Hotel reception team were very helpful when we checked-in. Great location for Disney Land Paris!!

The hotel is a little tired and could do with a refresh / refurb. It is 3 star hotel so it isn't pretending to be fancy. We went in August at the peak so the free bus to Disney was already full when we wanted to get on so we used taxis instead.

Everything was as expected. This is a great hotel if you have small kids and is close to Disney with enough to do at the hotel if you want a break between days at Disneyland. Food was ok with a good Pizza option if you want something quick.

The buffet breakfast and dinner buffet did not meet international standards with the options. After 2 days we had to go outside the hotel to eat good breakfast. The captains restaurant was nice, but quite pricey for a large family. TV has very few English channels, we could barely watch tv. No microwave in the room.

The room, a Knight suite was spacious and nicely air conditioned, arcade area and pool area was nice.

We liked everything couldn’t fault the hotel at all

2 night stay here to visit disney before going onto our caravan site & we were very impressed. This hotel has so much to do for kids, room was spacious & clean staff extremely friendly plus it’s very close to Disneyland you can drive a few mins or take the free shuttle. We would definitely stay here again if visiting disney.
