The room could really use some maintenance. The door closing mechanism had two screws missing and was thus at an angle, the door itself was difficult to close from the outside. Shower door trim was damaged, dirty and partially hanging off, the door opened inwards, slightly awkward & the shower had no hot water. One of the electrical outlets was not secure, much dust in the radiator and aircon. All fairly minor issues that could easily be fixed, didn’t really detract from an otherwise good stay.

Quiet room and location, 10mins walk from the town centre. Easy check in, adequate sized room and comfortable bed. Ok breakfast. Aircon in good working order. Room made up each morning (I stayed 3 nights), welcoming and cheerful staff. Would stay again as it’s a reasonable price option for Hyères.

the girl at the reception was not very nice and according to me this is a weak point... no matter what , you should always welcome your guest with a smile !!!!

Shower & bathroom was slightly small for this price. Breakfast was also very basic for the price they asked.

The rooms and the hotel in general are quite old and shabby. In need of a renovation, which I understand will be happening next year. Parking isn't easy, but not impossible.

Helpful staff - the shower was leaking in our room and the staff immeadiately suggested we change rooms. The area around the hotel is quiet and it was easy to find. Clean room, if rather down-trodden. Air conditioning very efficient!

There were plenty of eating options close to the hotel. It was easy to find free parking on the streets around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One could fully open the window for fresh air, which was very useful for the warm summer nights.

There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom all the time. The elevator didn't work when we had to bring our bags down for check out.

There was a pool, we didn't use it but was a nice surprise.

The doors in the rooms needed maintenance. They required extreme force to close. The bathroom didn't have a window that can open so it was smelling bad. There was no place to dry the swimming costumes and towels.

I like the location which is near the city center. I love the double bed wich is so comfy and the room is airconditioned. Avove all the staffs are so kind and helpful! The staffs are very welcoming and always ready to help.

The noise dirty toilet dirty floor , I think someone broke a glass before our check in and there was pieces of glass of the floor. Got a small piece in my feet which was huge inconvenience

the only thing I appreciated was the check in guy that’s it ! everything else was terrible they booked us on a floor that had a group of children arriving for a competition I believe. Noise from 6 am to 10 am unbelievable banging doors and children screaming, just unacceptable for 85 euros a night

The smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. And it smelled dammed and mouldy. The smell in the room smelled like guest used to smoke in there.
