The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. A coffee machine in the bedroom would be a nice comfort.

Dark painted walls made it feel quite small. Could hear the trams passing outside and other guests moving about in rooms.

Good transport links with tram stop outside hotel. Most staff were friendly.

Тhe cups were dirty, someone else from the previous guests had used them and no one had washed them. The waitress threw away a pack of pills without checking that it wasn't empty.

Warm hotel, close to the tram stop and supermarket. The room did not face the boulevard and was really quiet. The breakfast was good. Especially the apples :) Comfortable and large bed. There is a kettle for hot water and cups for tea and coffee.

The facility is quite old, and not much choice for breakfast. They were very thoughtful on giving as a crib for the baby which is appreciate but it looks like it has been previously used due to few strands blonde hair in the pillow case 😂. Didn’t end up using it.

Location is very accessible, just a 2 minute walk you can ride the tram going to the city

Pillows are a little bit uncomfortable but if you are tired a little bit then you would not mind it. Walls were thin so we could hear other guests when they speak or laught out loud.However,no noise disturbed us.After 10 p.m no voice we heard.

Staff was very nice ,very polite and always smile on face..7/24 somebody always at reception.We 2 times asked to change our towel which changed immediately.It is good value for money.Check in and check out were smooth.

Great location as it is just outside one of the main tram stations in Strasbourg. It is also within a 15min walk to the heart of Strasbourg, which was ideal. For the ones who want to know about the shower pressure - it's great!

The were small indicators of bad cleaning on the room, we found and old shampoo under the bed and towels of the previous guests behind the bathroom door.

The staff was great, it had an elevator, great breakfast.

Location not fantastic, not much do do, evening no resto close by, snacks yes ! Room a bit poor, quiet but a bit poor. Shower rroom very cold, no heating to be found, it was 1 degree outside and not much more in the shower room. Shower did not have a curtain, so water everywhere in the bathroom. Strange idea !

There are tram tracks nearby and it is very noisy at night. On hot days, it is quite hot in the room...

Convenient location, not far from the center. Very friendly staff. There is an elevator, convenient with suitcases. Good breakfast. The room is small, but there is everything you need, even a kettle, tea, coffee. It's nice to relax after a walk through the wonderful city.

My room was facing the street (some rooms are not). Tram in front of the windows, which passes by every couple of minutes from ~5am to midnight. Old windows, which do not isolate the room from the outside noise. No air-conditioning, so in summer even closing windows is not really an option. Make sure to take your earplugs for a bit better sleep.

Very good location and reasonable price. Weekend market only one block away. Parking is available on the street next to the hotel, but should be payed on the weekdays (weekends are free). A couple of blocks away parking is free on the week days, but be aware that you car can be evacuated on the weekend (when market is there).

Our shower head holder was broken so we had to hold it while showering and the shower didn’t drain properly, so be fair we didn’t report it so they may have done something about it for us.

Cheap and cheerful you get what you pay for. Small clean room east tram ride to anywhere in the city.

Located on a very busy crossroad with the tramline taking the turn every 5 minutes, the cars stopping and going on the traffic light and the pedestrians talking loudly even in the small hours (it is next to the Uni) it is rather noisy round the clock. Earplugs are a necessity. Also there are no curtains and the very bright rooms, being a plus in the morning, can give you a hard time during bedtime, especially in the summer when you need everything open and breezy.

Spacious and clean room with many windows and in a good location. Very helpful staff! Check in was allowed earlier than stated on the site without previous notice on our part!

Cups in the room weren't washed so we had to clean some stuff ourselves. Beds weren't too good but we were so tired we didn't have time to suffer. There is some traffic noise coming through windows. Also, there is no air conditioning and the ventillation in bathroom was not working.

Great location, only a short 1.5km through beautiful avenue (the esplanade!) to old town. And a nice street parking next to hotel. The price was excellent.
