1/ The breakfast buffet was honestly not up to standard. We came for breakfast around 9.00, but the buffet was very very tired. Got the strong impression that it was not looked after. 2/ I did not at all appreiate that big dogs are allowed in rooms like the one I had rented. When I asked at the front desk, I got the answer "Clients come with dogs without warning us. If the foreseen rooms on the ground floor are already taken, we have no choice but to give them rooms on the upper floor".

I like very much the geo situation outside Paris. Lot of well protected parking spaces and very confortable and big rooms. Quiet environment.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the room was a decent size, breakfast was excellent. They have a nice pool and and sauna as well. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

It is located quite far from town so no other options for meals without driving.

Spacious and quiet room. Outside picnic area. Decent restaurant. Only a 35 minute drive to Charles de Gaulle.

No any isolation between rooms. You wake up when your neighbours wake up. I had lady with high heels next to me, walking back and forward hundred times from 7am. Horrible!!!!

Too cold in the room and can't change (tried changing but only the number on the regulator changed, but temperature stayed the same).  WAY too bright when curtains are closed, no blackout curtains in the room. I had a blindfold and could sleep, but my wife struggled with the light levels (summertime) Toilet separate from sink for some reason, washing hands after toilet had to be done in another room, meaning bacterial transmission when open and closing doors etc.  No toilet paper called reception twice, no reply. Showerhead is weird and made the showering complicated, most countries I been to use this model for cleaning “private parts” only, never as a main showerhead.  We were locked out of the room 3 days (stayed 4) and reception had to fix each time.  WiFi was very slow, worse than a dialup modem in the 90s.  Potential mold in one area of the room, we are not allergic but someone who is might be in trouble here

For a 2 or 3 star hotel i would not complain. But for a 4 star we expected more. POSITIVE Lots of parking Clean pool and perfect temperature in the water. Helpful staff in reception and good cleaners

The hotel was significantly understaffed, with staff having to cover reception, bar and restaurant duties; inevitably this caused delays, especially in the restaurant.

Styleless new construction in an industrial zone. No attempt was made to make it attractive. Airco did not work so we could not heat the room. Dinner options are outdated and presented without pride.

Swimming pool was fine but not overcrowded moment I went; sauna looked fine and clean, but located bit strange in middle of hallway towards the pool, lot of noise and not really providing relaxing atmosphere so not made use of it. (Overall I feel none of French hotels provide good wellness experience, all more tick of box). Booked the hotel because of easy location next to highway, for that purpose it’s great location, but for holiday purpose it’s not really a nice spot to be.

Perfect of stop-over. Spacious rooms and super clean. Beds were comfortable; hotel provided fine baby bed with good mattress. Dinner in hotel was ok, no other restaurants close by. was super friendly.

2 bathrobes missing in our room, but reception could provide them. The dinner wasn't as good as expected. All the rest was great!

Nice rooms, welcoming staff, good breakfast, very nice swimming pool and sauna, all very clean. Accepting pets. We'll visit again. Recommended.
