We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly downfall was I fell in the bath the first night as it’s very slippy and no shower mat! I ended up cutting my hand on edge of bath to catch my fall I had to be so careful for the rest of my stay as I’m 25 weeks pregnant. My daughter also used the bath but I had to make sure she didn’t stand up as it was unsafe and very slippy. Ended up rest of week I used a towel before getting into the shower.
Lovely luxury room was impressed with how clean the room was! Staff were very informative and helpful. Will be recommending to friends if visiting Paris.

Centrally located near huge shopping mall and train station it is an ideal place to stay. Staff very pleasant and helpful, assisted at all times. Has a lovely waiting lounge, luggage room and breakfast area with cafe, family enjoyed the fresh croissants, pancakes with fresh fruit and a variety of other items. Shuttle bus great to get to and from Disneyland, rooms peaceful with comfortable beds and tea/ coffee tray.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, and the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland, which was incredibly convenient. Our room was a good size, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we expected. The staff were very professional and helpful. We easily accessed the hotel and found free parking nearby, especially since it was the weekend. We appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability by offering free water to reduce plastic waste. I even forgot one of my bags at the hotel, but they had an impressive automated system to keep it secure until I could pick it up. The 24-hour reception was extremely accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing! There were several nice restaurants around the hotel, and the Val D'Europe Mall was just a 2-minute walk away, perfect for shopping and dining. The La Vallée Village outlet was only 5 minutes away, which was a bonus. The vibe of the hotel was fantastic, and their partnership with Disneyland really enhanced our experience. Overall, a unique and memorable stay!

New ZealandBaths were very high to step into for someone like my wife who is only 5.2, also would like to see the restaurant open for dinner earlier than 7pm to cater for families, a lot of children were tired by that time and made it less enjoyable for a couple dining.
The room was great, the shuttle to disney parks really helps, enjoyed the food and the view from our room, free water refills at the lobby
