The Paris Opera is under construction right now. Therefore the "landmark view" is not as good as expected. It's not the hotel's fault but I am a little disappointed.

The location is really good, close to a lot of attractions. The staff are professional and very nice. The breakfast is fresh and tasty

This was our second stay at the hotel, the first being seven years ago. It was as good as we remembered. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. They’d decorated our room for our silver anniversary and the extra touches were lovely. Location is also great.

We have been back to this wonderful and welcoming hotel for the second time and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is wonderful, warm, helping and gave us a great feeling. Our room was beautiful and big. We will definitely will be back there for the next time will be in Paris 😍

the best thing was their staff. very friendly, professional, informative and helpful any which way. Next is the location, close to major attractions. Being close to the Opera Ganier also helped for us to navigate Metro easier. We also enjoyed the full English breakfast!

My 7th floor room was unacceptable. #1- The light in the room was so poor that I could NOT see inside the "closet" space against the wall. I was forced to redirect the bed lights towards the wall to see what I had put there. #2- The balcony was not a balcony at all, if I would gotten onto it, I could have fallen to my death. I felt that either the listing for that room was incorrect or you expected me to accept a "balcony" which was really a perch for birds to land. #3- The bathroom did not have handles in the bathtub to hold on to. I am older than most of your guests and I slipped and fell in the bathtub and it took me 20 minutes to lift myself out of it because I could not hold onto something. You really should consider replacing your narrow, slippery and antiquated bathtubs with showers. That would upgrade the quality of your hotel considerably. #4- The cost for this room was not commensurate with the quality I expected. I realized that my room was probably used as servants room in bygone years. That was disappointing, to say the least. I might stay again next year if these important things are resolved to my satisfaction.

The service from your staff was impeccable. #1- FIRST the BEST thing about the hotel was RISAL. Every time he saw me, he bent over backwards to offer me the fastest, most excellent and attentive service. One of these occasions was crucial to my enjoyment in Paris. I had tickets for the Philharmonie for 20:00 on Thursday I had reserved 4 months in advance. Because of traffic delays, I had get a taxi. It was 19:00, and I could not get a good one fast! Uber estimated arrival at the hotel at 19.30. RISAL literally ran to the street and got me a taxi and I was able to arrive the concert BEFORE the beginning of the concert! I was very grateful and I offered him my thanks with a very generous pourboire on the last day! #2- The front desk was always attentive, especially those employees who worked at night. #3- The bar employees knew exactly what I wanted to drink when I sat there. One young man, even order the correct Bacardi rum for me so I would have it the next night. #4- I never used the dining room or ate breakfast there, so I cannot provide a review for them. #5- The front desk always provided me with extra coffee packages when it ran out - since I always drank coffee at night. #6- The room was always quiet even on those nights I liked opening the windows. I enjoyed being able to stay out late at night and being able to come in by using the bell. #7- I was provided with a larger luggage holder by the front desk. #8- the Location was phenomenally convenient.

Very clean, beautiful, spacious and perfect location! Loved the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had delicious croissants and baguette. I will definitely come back!
