Room was a tiny bit on the small side, but this didn't bother us as we were out most of the day. Staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony on arrival. Much appreciated.

Staff so kind, friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed help with, they obliged. One of the front of house staff, Raina I believe her name was, was particularly nice- I recall interacting with her just made me want to smile and laugh a lot. Incredible air con and lovely scent at reception. Very deep pool, jacuzzi and amenities like hammam steam, sauna etc.open until late. Luggage storage option. Super central- amazing price considering you're on the main shopping street of Cannes. Bed so comfy. Iron available in room really handy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The room price is expensive according to the room description because it is very small. The cleanliness is unacceptable, the toilet is separate from the shower, and it is difficult to communicate with the reception.

Housekeeping was poor. The shower soap dispenser was empty when we got there and still empty at the end of our stay. There were weeds on the patio that my wife pulled up from in the floor and disposed of. the tea and milk etc was only replaced when they were in the mood.

The suite was good value for money in such a location The breakfast was very good and staff attentive.

There was a large group in the hotel and therefore we could not book a sit at the hotel restaurant at any of the nights we were there. :-(

The outdoor pool wasn't open as rain was expected. The room was so small I kept banging the tv as you walk past (no room to stand beside the bed) . There was little storage space to unpack clothes and you couldn't put suitcase on the floor. The office desk space was just big enough to put your laptop, but not the mouse pad. The central area smelt so strongly of chlorine, we didn't use the spa area. The lift took 15 minutes to arrive and the stairs were dangerous.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly in the breakfast room.

There were no changing rooms by the spa indoor poool downstairs so it meant you had to go in the normal lift in your spa dressing gown. Otherwise we were told we’d have to change in the disabled toilet.

The location was excellent just up the road from the harbour and beach and right near the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful and lovely to have a superior room with a balcony.

The elevator was jumping before reach the 8th floor. The staff was a bit stiff!

I liked the size of our junior suite and the big roof top place of ours! That was fantastic.

Tight room. On road side we had a good view, but windows hardly suppress outside noise.

Lift takes ages, but there are stairs if you take them slow as they are fairly steep.

Very central on the rue d’Antibes. Good breakfasts and lovely staff (especially the ladies that do the breakfast). Has a small pool as well.

Very strange hotel lobby - felt like an African arrivals hall. Ridiculous bathroom. Can only sit on toilet sideways and almost impossible to fit hands below tap on sink.

We couldn't enjoy our balcony because was a roof of another building right next to it, the view from the balcony shouldn't be described as city view, is only roof view...we took superior room just for the balcony but is not worthy.

Hotel is located in a more quiet area, a bit far from the main area in Cannes but you can find anything you need close by the hotel.
