Such a cute hotel, very updated, perfect sized room and comfortable bed. Downstairs is cute with games, a restaurant, pool table, and ping pong. Great location right by the bus stop.

The only downside is that the room also overlooks an adjacent railway crossing, which leads to a ringing bell and train noise twice an hour. It's not a problem at night when the train stops running. Overall, it's still one of my favorite hotel rooms ever.

I was upgraded to a large corner room a balcony and excellent views of Mt. Blanc from both large windows. The room is arguably the hotel's best, and has great lighting, a large bathroom, and separate toilet. Also, a good breakfast buffet is available for purchase, and it's very close to an excellent restaurant and the Flégère cable car that was the reason for my visit. It is also a very short walk from the Les Praz railway station.

Reception and restaurant were closed as out of season. We were not aware of this when we booked. Only found out when we were sent instructions on how to access our apartment just before we left Australia.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Heating worked well.

We loved the physical location of the hotel - the breakfast, the bar at night time and the views. We stayed during a warning for wind, and it was super cosy and safe feeling. The staff were ever so welcoming and helpful too!

The only one but big disadvantage is the railway next to the hotel. My bedroom was on the railway side, and I woke up every morning at 6.30 am from the sound of a train passing by.

Great place to stay – we were a company of 6, and the apartment at Eden was perfect for us. It is also well-equipped so that we can cook a proper dinner, etc. The hotel itself is convenient and cozy, and it's located 5 min walking distance from the ski lift, which is excellent. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

I came in at 2pm and a free upgrade was provided as my original room was not ready. I was very happy to be staying in an appartment. Much more convenient. I really appreciated the gesture.

Great staff, welcoming, helpful, nice and friendly! Thank you very much for such a lovely stay. A beautifuly decorated lobby, tasty breakfast, cozy room, a skilift nearby. Special thanks for smoked salmon pieces for breakfast! My favorite. The view from our room was insane! I think the best view I've ever had on a ski resort.

The hotel has a list of check-out requests including removing rubbish and stripping out beds. While I understand this helps, it was not enjoyable.

Amazing location, 5 min walk to the ski lift and 10 min drive to the city center. The area has a restaurant and a small grocery shop. The chalet has 3 beds and 3 bathrooms over 3 floors. The place is clean, the beds comfy and the kitchen well equipped. I would stay again :)

Overall it was a great experience but our room (103) had a bad smell, like wet ski boots after they dry out. My brother had another room on the 3rd floor and there was no smell. I told the front desk and she was very concerned to hear this and sent a technician but nothing changed while we were there. Without the smell I would give this place a 10. Also , they want you to strip the beds; duvet and all before you depart or they will charge 35 euros. I'm ok with cleaning up after myself and not leaving my place trashed, but I don't think I should have to strip beds.

The staff were excellent! Great customer service! Very friendly, helpful, accommodating. The location is great, 2 minute walk to the train. And we were given complimentary train tickets. The lobby, bar and outside was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Wonderful lobby to relax and have a drink or play one of the games that are available. Bar had a good selection. Also loved the Christmas tree that was in our apartment, that was a nice surprise. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment so lots of space. The apartment was clean. One train stop away from Chamonix. Ski area in town.

Price/quality is a bit on the high end (though normal for chamonix, probably). No protection for low edges, as mentioned above

The rooms were great, with all needed equipment. The wooden bars are somehow dangerous, they need some soft protection for head collision.

The three staff who we came across two days were amazing. Specially the 2 girls at check-in. The hotel has no lift and we were staying on the 3rd floor with 2 huge suitcases. One of the girl offered to help us carry them, which we thought were 5 star customer service! And after we checked out I left my ear rings in the room so the girl called me to notify me.

I think everything is ok.

It's pity no breakfast at the time staying.But everything is nice and the scenery is super amazing. The most important thing is that it is very easy to get in not like some of those usually spend a lot of time to guess what can I do then and get exhausted for opening the door.Finally the lady Larisa is kind and helpful ror us, thank you, I will come back again.
