We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgIf you are staying for longer periods, maybe the distance to Paris main touristic areas may bother you. I stayed for the weekend and definitely recommend it. Nothing else to say negatively, everything was ok.
Great value for money. Located front of metro station, which takes you to all main touristic places of Paris in 30 minutes. Everything is simple, but well done. Parking was safe and not that expensive (15€/day) for Paris. Breakfast is great. Room, bed and toilet comfortable. Hotel looks like it was recently launched. Staff was kind and friendly. Recommended for sure.

New hotel, clean room, friendly staff and food/drinks machines in the lobby working 24/7. Easy to get the city centre by metro.

The Room size was very small. There was hardly any space to stand between the two twin beds. The Location is really good with Metro Station just 100 meters and it has a Super Market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee Shops nearby. Area is quite safe and secure. Booking a better room at the same property makes more sense with a larger space. Felt that we paid more for the room we booked considering the size of the room.

Location is perfect to visit Paris. The metro station is in front of the hotel. Rooms are modern and new. Lobbyists and all other personnel (cleaning staff) is very kind. We will stay here when we visit Paris again.

IndiaThe room has less utility points like no table or chair which makes it a little difficult to move around.
The hotel is tad bit far from the central area but metro and bus are just available outside so very convenient to commute. Hotel was clean and very good patisserie nearby and lot of food options. I actually liked the location as it felt more safe compared to the touristy areas. The reception staff is friendly and the vending machine downstairs is very helpful. The room is small but clean and bathroom was good. The big windows have a nice view of the neighborhood outside and lot of light.

PakistanThe room did not get cleaned everyday. I think they clean the room once or twice a week. Or, maybe that was the case with us. So the towels and bedsheets got pretty dirty after a couple of days.
The property is just next to the metro station. This was extremely convenient. The area is surrounded by wholesale shops and under construction buildings. The broader area is generally considered not very safe but the proximity to the metro station allowed us to not worry about it.

TurkeyThere is not hair drier at the rooms so you have to go to lobby to ask. If they don’t have at the moment, you have to wait. And also, there was not any water left at the room. When you arrive late and tired, it would be appreciated having one bottle of water.

KenyaThe receptionist on The morning shift was very rude. More concerned about being on the phone. I was super early at check in and won’t even bother to tell me about the breakfast option until I asked her even though I was paying for it. Refused to speak to me in English and pushed me over to her colleague as she was too busy in her phone. This time of the year it’s cold. And the hot water is luke warm at best and the heating wasn’t working in the room.
