It was a very nice apartment, you have everything you need and it was clean as well as comfortable, easy self check-in.

The 5 flights of stairs are very steep and not suitable for small children (under 10) or anyone over 60. The kitchen power point blew the whole electric circuit each time we attempted to plug in the kettle or coffee machine, which was unsafe and alarming. We ended up boiling water in a saucepan on the stovetop to make tea/coffee. There is no plug for the kitchen sink, so it was difficult to wash the cutlery and crockery.

The apartment is in the city centre, close walking distance to all tourist attractions and shops of all kinds. The free parking was much appreciated. Mr Raza was helpful and informative throughout all contact.

There is not the elevator and the house is in the 5th floor, the neighbours is not always safe. The apartment was not clean enough for ours standards.

The position is central and very comfortable to visit the city and enjoy the main attractions.

Good to know in advance. - Stairs to 5th floor are very steep, comparable with stairs you might know when climbing the tower of an old cathedral. Means, come with a backpack. Suitcases can hardly be carried all the way as there is no space next to you. This was no issue to us, but might be important information to you. - The air quality and musty odor on entering the building is something you might not like. - Because the apartment is right under the roof, the temperature is high and the air is stuffy. Opening the window means quite some noise from the street. Running the air con improves this situation considerably but also means coping with a permanent high noise level from the ventilator. Being used to a quiet surrounding at home, we were not able to sleep well under these conditions - The pieces of rubber mats on the kitchen and bathroom floor seems to be a temporary solution. It felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on these mats. - The apartment is really very small. Smaller than we anticipated. In some areas (Top and bottom bedroom) you can not stand upright.

10/10 for the Landlord. Support, communication etc. 10/10 for the organisation and Check-In procedures. Very clear. Easy. 10/10 for the free parking. Very good safe new covered car park also for SUV's no space problem. 10/10 for information and suggested trips in the surrounding area presented in the multilingual folders. 10/10 centrally positioned. Everything in walking distance. 10/10 providing an AirCon. 10/10 for internet, TV, furniture etc.

the apartment was not so clean and full of mosquitoes. also, the provided photos make you believe it is a super modern apartment but that it is not. furniture is much older than it looks on the photos.

It is a fifth floor apartment with no lift as stated in the details. (The stairs get easier as you get fitter.) Also as it is a loft apartment there are sloping ceilings over the beds.

Great location for centre (and rugby World Cup Village). Secure, free underground parking nearby. Tram stop nearby to reach all the attractions. Apartment very well equipped and very comfortable.

5 floors of stairs up to an attic property,(hard work) which is a very average space, no privacy in the shower, completely on show to neighbours while having a shower, shower head not working properly falls to bottom of shower rail, communication for Entry to the property was clunky, details to access lock box was incorrect, wifi details was also incorrect, all took further messaging to get correct.

I loved being able to have all windows clear for natural light and not be overlooked. I enjoyed the view over the river and the goings-on at night. Seeing the different markets build and then pack down during the mornings was a joy. The location is perfect. The restaurants in the community square nearby gave a warm ambience and the immediate shops are excellent. I loved being able to prepare my own food with everything I needed and being so close to so many exciting tourist destinations made for a very enjoyable stay. I felt that I needed to be considerate to the other apartments, a bit like a home-from-home. There was some great music being played in the building one day, lovely. The free parking is such a bonus, no problems. I like being able to self check-in, good easy instructions. Myself and my partner are maintenance people, we fixed a few things, un-clogged the shower and put right the metal trim in the kitchen that kept catching us as we walked by. This is a place for guests who appreciate adventure. The bedding and towels were lovely and clean. We were there in winter and the heating was great. The windows block out all outside noise, the Internet was spot-on and the TV provided Netflix when we wanted it. Thank you for a wonderful New Year in Bordeaux. xxxxx

Everything was exceptional until I left a 10/10 review. Let me explain, first of all, it's been almost a month and my deposit still hasen't been cleared. second of all, we forgot a ring in the bathroom, it's not worth anything but has sentimental value. Anyways, we contacted the host to check if he came across it, and he was very communicative and said he will go in a few days and check etc etc. Communciation stopped when I left a 10/10 review. The host stopped replying to my messages, it's been almost 3 weeks now.

It is a 5 th floor apartament with no elevator. It was not very clean. Photos are very different to reality, we were a bit dissapointed about this. Above bedroom stair access is not easy for older people.

Mr. Raza was very helpful and everything was well organized. Free parking nearby was very helpfull. Apartment location is very good.

At first, I was a bit confused about entry but figured it out. The stairs were a lot. We’re you g and it wasn’t a huge deal but would be quite a challenge with a lot of luggage. We just had backpacks.

The location was great. very walkable and not far from public transport. the welcome guide provided was very valuable. The host checked in to help us with anything we need and was quick to reply to questions. Comfortable beds. Would return.

First of all it looks older than on a photo. We found hair on pillow and looks like linens wasn’t changed before. We forgot expensive cosmetics inside fridge and contact with host 2-3 hours after checkout. The host replied in few hours ( I even call him 3-4 times) and said that cleaning service put it to garbage without any notifications. And it was like very bad experience because of cosmetics and wasted time
