Although parking is available, it’s not part of the property. As it explains there is parking, but it’s a public car park.. I used the with parking filter, as I prefer the car at the property, however.. this wasn’t a massive issue.. but it was a little misleading in MY opinion.. I assumed the comments were telling you about alternative parking if needed..

The property was in a fantastic location. A 5 minute walk to the old town and approximately 10 mins to the Cathedral.. The property itself had everything you need. The was very clean, tidy and spacious.

Only gripe was the narrow access staircase that may be difficult for some people.

Everything. Great accommodation. Location could not be any better. Although being on the tram route you would have never known it. Fantastic place to stay in Le Mans. Owners also very helpful with recommendations for restaurants.

I Had good communication with the property owner throughout the whole process including advice on the local area. The property was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We got there late due to traffic so didn't get a long stay, but enjoyed what we did get. I would use this vendor and location again

The beds are a bit firm for our taste but we slept well despite that.

The building itself is located on a street that only cable cars can drive, so we were not able to pull up in front of the building with our rental car to unload our luggage. In addition, we had a little trouble finding the place, but once we got there, we found safe street parking just a block away, per the host's suggestion.

It was a nice, safe location, and a comfortable place to rest after a long road trip. I liked the sleek modern design, and the size of the apartment was very comfortable for my family of four. Just 2 doors down was a lovely little cafe/bakery/deli where we could buy coffee, tea, and food for the road as we continued our trip. My daughter is a fan of F1 racing, and the apartment is very close to Motor Museum of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, about a 10-minute drive. We had booked the place several months in advance, and whenever I had questions about the apartment, he was very responsive. We had a door code to get into the outer door, and then the key to the apartment itself was left in a key box. Easy enough to get in. When we checked out, we happened to meet one of the hosts, Jimmy, who was very cordial and polite.

Very central location and near an Underground Car Park which was very reasonably priced. Jimmy was always available on Whats App and the apartment was spotless and very suitable for our needs 3 adults ( 1 couple and adult son) There are many Restaurants and Bars nearby and the Tram is right outside the door if you want to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this apartment

Perfectly located property in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and the Plantagenet city is amazingly lovely and well worth lots of exploring time. The apartment is up a long flight of narrow wooden stairs so don’t bring big bulky luggage. Parking is available in an underground garage only a 100 metres away and is really cheap from 7pm to 7am.

On site parking would have been nice, but underground parking around the corner was okay. Only 7 Euro for the night secure parking. Quite a lot of stairs to climb, no problem for us, but could be a problem if someone has an injury or disablement.

Apartment very modern, clean and well equipped. Superb condition, great AC system.

The property was fantastic. Amazing location, spotless, bright and clean. the check in was seem less and there are parking options close by. We used the underground which was 6.50 for overnight which is very reasonable. There is nearly free street parking I believe. the kids loved the loft room and said the apartment was one of their favourite parts of our 2 week trip. Its 2 mins from the beautiful old town with restaurants and bars close by but also quiet at night time. Bathroom is lovely with a big shower and bedrooms were very comfy.
