Loved everything!

Elegant chateau with an amazing room, a view of the vineyards, and walking distance to the center of Sauternes. The staff was very helpful, secured reservations for us, provided a personalized breakfast, and ensured that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The perfect wine region experience with an adjacent winery for touring and tasting. It was a find!

Poor breakfast. Literally almost nothing to choose from, no eggs even. Very good croissants though, woke up every morning with that smell.

Beautiful property, surrounded by vineyards and history! I loved the decorations, the view from the room, the visit to the caves, the personnel very friendly and helpful. They recommended one resto in town, amazing experience!

The staff could have better knowledge of the area. You really need a car here because taxis are too expensive for short trips to Langon.

The frech style breakfast was good and filling. More coffee would be nice.

Our best regards to the employee, who organized the snacks to the wine in the backyard. Very nice place. Sauternes just near by. Plenty of options to taste the wines. I would just recommend to consider the alternatives to offer you guests to try/purchase or have tasting of your wines in hotel after 6PM. Not only in the shop/tasting zone near your hotel. We had only 1 night at your hotel, we had to put extra effort to have this setup. but at the end we were very happy.

Lovely chateau hotel just a short walk from the centre of Sauternes village. Welcoming staff, beautiful bedroom and good breakfast. Great views over vineyards. Good recommendations for places to eat in the village.

Our main stickler is always the safety of the shower. In this case the floor was slippery and there was no safety rail. Other than it was a fabulous experience.

What a fabulous chateau. The views of the vineyards were historic. The wines were not to our liking but were very good. As they only had 350,000 bottles in their cellars we suppose they won't run out any time soon. The property was close to a small village that had a fabulous restaurant. A very short drive.

There's no restaurant at the chateau, so you need to plan your lunches and dinners. Not exactly a big inconvenience, there's lots of places a short drive away, and what you get in return is a lot of peace and quiet.

A beautiful and serene chateau right in the middle of the vineyards. This may not be THAT unique for Bordeaux, but in Chateau D'Arche there's this feeling of an almost private visit. It's a small property with only 8 (huge) rooms and very personal and attentive service.

No staff during evening didn’t like the idea of having to call someone by phone if there was an issue. Did not see any other guests so felt a bit isolated. Bed throw had holes in.

lack of air con in an unprecedented heatwave meant that the room was rather warm. Handheld shower within a deep bath was no problem to us but would have been an issue for someone with a disability

nice staff good breakfast - and proximity to 3 good places to eat reachable on foot . Free tour of the winery worth 14 euros per person is well worth doing even if you don’t like wine !

The place is breathtaking and the staff (Anthony) is super helpful. Also, we were traveling with our dog and it is very dog friendly, our dog loved it too.
