They kindly gave us some lovely bread and local cheese as we had missed our restaurant booking as we were delayed. The breakfast was very good. The bathroom was excellent.

Messaged hotel because of late arrival due to delayed flight- although kitchen closed before my arrival time I was able to order food in advance which was kept for me and there was a warm welcome when I got to the hotel. Rooms are not huge, but very comfortable with a good shower. Easy location to access from the autoroute.

Really shabby from the outside. Our room was tiny and needed a bit of a makeover. It's a shame as if these things were addressed it would make this place a really great destination.

Breakfast was great. Buffet style, good quality. Pool area was nice. Staff were excellent, welcoming and accommodating. Food in both restaurants was excellent.

lack of air conditioning in the room, it was a bit hot during August. the room was not amazing but all the hotel facilities and staff made it a great stay !

Decent room, heated pool for the kids, jacuzzi was great. Staff very accomodating, and excellent breakfast ! We had dinner at the brasserie which was also really good with really nice staff. for families with kids: there is an outdoor play area inside the restaurant. My husband had a massage which he really liked.

It was very hot during our visit. We can't blame the hotel for that but the fan in the room was so noisy as to be unusable. Unfortunately these were the only ones the hotel had.

The choice of restaurants on site was welcome, and the breakfast was very good. All staff were extremely helpful. My wife's need for gluten-free options was dealt with sympathetically.

gorgeous hotel - a little oasis of loveliness just off the highway. The pool was delightful and open late so we could sit out and enjoy the surroundings with a nice bottle of Vino! Perfect family Hotel for a short stay whilst travelling down through France.

Don’t put chives in the scrambled eggs please! Not good for breakfast, the taste doesn’t go with bacon! The fridge in the room wasn’t a ‘mini bar’ as described- just a small empty fridge in the wardrobe and it didn’t seem cold enough for a fridge- the heat from the motor heated up the cupboard and I think the motor was struggling to get down to temperature. Just a minor thing.

The room was very spacious as was the bathroom- excellent disabled facilities room 80. We didn’t use the pool but the whole area with lots of sun beds and low seating rooms really well cared for. The breakfast was well set out with lots of choice, bacon and scrambled eggs( didn’t like the chives added to them though- please leave them plain for breakfast!) so convenient to have 2 restaurants on site, lots of choice and lots of outdoor seating at the bistro. We loved the terrace outside the patio doors with two comfy chairs and small table, we couldn’t wait to get back to the room after hectic days with family and navigating heavy traffic in Angers, it was so peaceful with lots of birds singing. We liked the electric shutters rather than curtains too. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the family next time.

When I checked in the lady asked if I wanted to book a table for dinner. My original request had asked for menus for each restaurant, the brasserie and the gourmet restaurant as I expected I would want the gourmet one. I had to request these again a couple of days before arrival ( bearing in mind the booking was made months in advance. ) I was told by the receptionist that I hadn’t booked a table and there was unlikely to be one available. Having stayed in hotels for the last 3 nights where the service had been impeccable I was disappointed, and that had a bearing on my view of the stay. It was poor service, it was rude and it made me feel unwelcome. We generally feel very at home in France and this left a bitter taste. My husband also had a difficult conversation with the same receptionist about towels as the re was only one hand towel and one bath towel in the room and the girl had confirmed with me that there were 2 guests. We won’t be returning even though the food at the gourmet restaurant was amazing.

We had booked a table in the gastronomic restaurant the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu and food were amazing and we are both seasoned foodies. The bed was comfortable but we had to leave early so had little sleep unfortunately.
