The location is perfect, right next to the Champs-Élysées, only 5 mins walk to Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile. We really enjoy the stay there. The receptionist staff is really friendly and approachable and offered us one of the best rooms to stay for the night. It was pleasure meeting him. 
The facilities are good and beds sheets are quite clean and
comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel because of its excellent location and pleasant staffs and great facilities.

The room size is a bit smaller than we have expected, and the first room we stayed had only offered 1 armchair which is not so comfortable for two of us stay in the room. And they only accept the physical credit card payment for the deposit (no cash payment and no Apple payment/phone payment allowed) in the reception when you check in there which is not quite convenient for me. Apart from that everything was a great experience staying in the hotel.

Breakfast is way overpriced. It is a buffet but with fairly limited choice. Not recommended - you will be much better off buying sandwich and coffee in one of many good bakeries. Carpets in room must contain lots of dust. I am alergic to dust and felt bad when in room. I could also smell chemistry used for cleaning.

breakfast was not allowed in the room even in the menu said that we can call at the reception for this no slippers - for this amount of money usually they give you slippers and other igiene kits; not that accurate as in the pictures there is no view even from the 6th floor - don t expect that

The staff refused to remove the Alcohol drinks from the Fridge. This is the first time I face this.

The sound proofing of the room was really really bad. We were unfortunate to have very noisy neighbours singing waka waka in the corridor till past 11:30pm, talking loudly, banging doors etc on our first night. Even when they were talking in their rooms we could still hear them and at 4am I could hear someone talking and making phone calls (could hear the dial tone!).

Romantic decoration and nice rooms. Love the location near the Champs Elysees. The bathroom has a bathtub that comes with a rainforest shower - rare. Appreciated the Nuxe shower products. We didn’t eat breakfast, but the breakfast room was very pretty especially the golden Asian wall decoration.

I did two stays in this hotel.. everything is excellent about it… Perfect location: few steps from Champs-Élysées avenue…The room is very nice, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, the bathroom has big space and nicely equipped… Front Desk staff: professional, respectful and helpful.. it feels old and tired. my room was literally a door from the main reception so I could hear people talking all night. the room was small and cramped. the breakfast was very strange - some bread, jam and croissants and cereal and that was it. definitely not worth the cost

the location was great for me although there is no sign of this name, it's called chateaubriand
