Could use a little maintenance (e.g. the paint on the bottom of the toilet seat was chipped), bathtub also not super clean.

Nice old-timey vibe, very comfortable bed, good bathtub, you can easily check in past midnight. On Sunday free parking in the street. 12:00 checkout is very appreciated (as opposed to Italy where lots of places were 10:00 checkout).

The cleaning staff started to clean very early and is quite noisy. Before 8 o'clock they started to vacuum clean in front of our room and it was impossible to sleep anymore.

Location is very central. There is a parking nearby. Comfortable bed. Late check out.

Slippery base of bath when taking shower. Needs anti-slip mat. Towel radiator rack in bathroom needed to be turned on. Small room where you could easily bump head - would request another room if staying again. Instructions for TV for English missing plus list of Mini Bar prices.

Located within easy walking distance to railway/bus station as well as the Old City area. Loved the open fire in guest lounge room. Safe in room great.

The hotel advertises secure parking, and while it is the case that they do have a car park, the entrance/exit ramp is unsuitable for anything other than an SUV with lots of ground clearance due to he steep angle. We arrived as a group of 15 sports cars, and had to make alternative parking arrangements having caused quite a scene in the vicinity of the hotel as we tried to find alternative options, which led to some of the group cancelling and moving elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Mulhouse. Bar and restaurant looked nice with art deco touches and the room was very comfortable. It may get quite warm in the summer however. We visited in October and it was still warm.

Breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer. We expected fresh fruit salad of some sort but none on offer.

Comfortable quiet room, an excellent Charlie’s Bar dinner with wine, friendly and efficient staff. We arrived wet through, after a long day with bicycles and the staff were professional and didn’t bat an eyelid at our appearance!

Ground clearance tight on entering garage, but they had the sense to look at my car before giving me access. Bar was closed

Interesting building, and nicely restored. Room was good, breakfast was okay, but no fresh orange juice (how hard is it to provide a bowl of oranges and a juicer?) Private Parking available for 10 Euros Short walk in to the old town.

Room at the back of property, over looking roof top quadrant. Only received One complementary bottle of water in our room when there was two of us. Very expensive drinks in the mini bar. Beware when driving into the underground garage, it’s a sharp downward slope as you enter the garage and it’s easy to catch the undercarriage of your car, which we did with our Mercedes E series. It’s secure though. Breakfast could do with a little more variety of items.

Only stayed one night but Location to centre was good, clean room, comfortable bed.

There were no air conditioner in the room, and thus it was pretty hot for me in the room. I as well had troubles to reach room service from the telephone in the room.

The hotel itself (as a building and facility) and location are very very nice.

Location, comfort, charming stay in Mulhouse old town

ROOM had disappointingly small windows as we were given a room ''under-the-roof''. I felt claustrophobic with such small windows. When we asked to change, we were told that because we booked through BOOKING.COM, this is what we get. No other room is available. Although, the hotel was not full at all. For this reason, I cannot give it 10 score.

ROOM was spacious and the BEDS were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and had an old-time charm. BREAKFAST was very good value for money. Everything was fresh. Staff very courteous and professional. Fact that breakfast was open till 11:00, allowed us to stay in bed longer and we did not have to do a mad rush on a holiday. LOCATION is perfect for exploring down-town. We will return there for sure. BAR was well stuffed and recommend it, if one has deep-pockets. Drinks were expensive but the ambience and the professional and friendly lady at the bar made it a very pleasant place to end the evening.
