The only downside would be that as the hotel is probably an older building, it can be a bit noisy every now and then from the rooms nearby.

Location was perfect - not too touristy but close to everything. There were nice bakeries close by and a metro station just a couple of blocks away. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room much bigger than expected.

A bit run-down, no reception after 1930, and the noises from the cavernous, empty hallway were weirdly amplified and totally audible inside our ground floor room.

It is on the beach; the room was relatively large and clean, and the electric heating worked very well. Reasonably priced.

It was really comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was super clean. The staff I spoke to were friendly. The location was good, close to the central station and not too far from the river. The TV was good too - access to basically just released movies!

The photos of the room are taken using a panoramic view so the rooms were much small than represented online. The breakfast was great, except for the fruit salad. The fruit salad was really bad, and it might be better just to serve whole fresh fruit instead.

The hotel was situated in a good location, close to what we needed and plenty of places to eat, public transport, the train and the shopping mall, if you need it. The customer service was very friendly, helpful and we could communicate easily.

There was a loose plug cover, and the cable for the kettle didn’t reach the plug socket from the table so you had to put it on the floor. Could do with two pillows per bed.

We ended up arriving early and they were able to let us in the room early which was really useful as we were tired. The room was clean and cool. Very good shower and plenty of phone charging points.

The room had a rather unpleasant odor. After checking out, when I got into my car, I noticed some tiny insects on my clothes. I believe they were fleas. The next day, I noticed small bite marks on my body.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is good.

Unfortunately, I had bedbugs!!! This is a no go!!! For this reason, I can not give any better feedback. The whole beds really needs to exchanged as they are really worned out. Also the windows are so small and you can't have a look outside which makes you feel like in a grave.

The receptionist went to my room with the excuse of looking someone else’s hairbrush at 10 am in the morning. If indeed this was true, he could have waited till My checkout that was at 11am. He even entered my room to look for the brush. It was very unpleasant and disturbing.
