Location was a bit tricky, either way you have to walk 10-15 mins to reach metro, so not ideal with large luggages. Although there is a bus route 170 running in-front of the hotel, you cant rely on that, so plan your visits bit early than what the google maps say. Considering all the other amenities, waking up half an hour early was worth it… Couldn’t get the Netflix to work in the tv..

Pretty nice hotel, friendly staff and made my stay a really comfortable one. It’s new with comfy beds and nice spacious washroom. Had everything a decent accomodation expected to have. I was impressed with daily house keeping which were spot on.

St Denis has a reputation for being a dangerous, crime ridden suburb of Paris. Though we didn’t experience this, there was a heavy police presence due to the Olympics that may have made our stay safer than it would’ve been under normal circumstances.

Our stay was very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. A quiet, no frills hotel. Excellent value considering we were there for the Olympics. Saved hundreds of dollars by staying there and it was a 10 min Uber ride to Stade de France. Also, I must mention that if you like burgers, try the place directly across the street. Stre’at Food’s burgers can hold their own against any of the major fast food burger franchises.

The area is not the nicest area of Paris, but we were there for the Olympics athletics and the location of the hotel was very good for this purpose. It was also close to the Metro which was just three stops from Notre Dame area in the centre.

The hotel was clean, nice, rooms were comfortable, with AC and a little fridge. the staff were great, super helpful and friendly. We went for the Olympics athletics and the location was perfect, very close to the Stade de France. The price was very affordable.

It is very close to the Stade de France. 5 mins walk over the bridge. We attended the Paris Olympics athletics and the location was perfect. There is also an excellent artisan bakery two minutes away. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless. When we booked the hotel, there were no reviews because it was new to Booking.com. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay and location.

The hotel had just opened and the staff still needed to find out about basic procedures such as room cleaning, storing baggage; Wifi did not work yet but we 're sure it will come, as dedicated staff was working hard to fix things so we can definitely recommend this hotel.

New small hotel, nicely decorated and furnished. Airco and small fridge are welcome assets in summertime. Most rooms are situated around a peaceful small courtyard. Next to Stade de France (the Olympic) stadion! Located not far from Gare du Nord, 1 km from metro stops, while bus stops in front of the hotel at a rather busy road with small shops in a multicultural neighbourhood (to find a place for breakfast). Friendly staff, willing to provide a ground level room when the first floor without elevator poses a problem.

If you want to see the Efil Tower and using the public transportation it's not a easy train ride,if you're driving would be good.

The staff were welcoming and made my friends and I feel at home. Joseph and Lily are very nice people ,it was like we know them forever. Brand new hotel, I would them 5 🌟!

Absolutely THE WORST location. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD, JUST GOOGLE IT. It is the MOST dangerous area of THE WHOLE COUNTRY. You MUST move in and out by UBER or you'll put your life in danger. WHAT MAKES IT EXPENSIVE . You rather rent in an area closer to Paris main attractions... which will be CHEAPER if you take into consideration what you'll have to spend in UBER to get to Saint Denis and make it alive. DO NOT RENT HERE.

For me everything is good except being far from the center of paris but if u want a real clean and cozy place to go i guarantee this place. The place is so welcoming for family and couples and the room i booked is so good.

It is very calm and the staff are so nice they let us extend our time for 1 hour after the said check out time. And they are so friendly, it was a good calm time for the weekend, i enjoy mu stay and im sure i wil be back again, for the price its fine because the room is very cozy, i also love the light effects while i am enjoying my hot tub.

At first we were concerned about the location. That turned out to be the best location fir us. We were right next to the stadium. We went for the olympics.

The toilet was not clean regularly, the drain was blocked, it need 3 days to be fixed. It was very annoying,. Towels was not change regularly, so they seems not ready to open

They need new towels. The ones I had would leave little strings and particles on my body after using them!

Very convenient location near Stade de France and lots of food options. Comfortable accomodations including air conditioning in rooms. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for good value.
