Parking our rental car was a little tricky, but that comes with the great location

Located in the old town center with easy access to the public car park, restaurants and shops. Room and bathroom is well designed and made good use of the small space. The breakfast is very tasty with a great choice.

Room was a bit more basis than it looked in the photos. We had the standard room. Bed small, pillows soft, although they do offer more pillows

Room could be insulated a little better to reduce noise from outside. Maybe a shower curtain so could shower rather than bath. A sink in the toilet.

The location was dreamy, bang in the middle of old town Annecy and the view from our balcony first thing in the morning was even better than the photos! Staff were very attentive and our room was exceptionally clean. The room had everything we needed once we got used to the French way of washing your hair in the bath! Continental Breakfast was good and set us up nicely for the day. Room was warm and comfortable but being in the middle of old town Annecy meant it was a little noisy first thing in the morning, but I would never have traded that for the location which was simply beautiful

Never found out how to regulate the heating..

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming,- all rooms are renovated and in a very good condition,- much better than the outside. :-) We had a room to the kanal side,- more central is not possible.. Definitely a place to visit again.

Unfortunately we stayed 1st January 2023 The bins were being emptied at 05:00 on the 2nd which was very loud and seemed to take ages at least an hour haho not the hotels fault

didn’t love the shower over bath

excellent location, easy check in and out, really appreciate being able to drop our bags off early. we didn’t have breakfast but what we saw of it looked good, more variety than some of the reviews suggest

the bathroom was not functional, taking bath is challenging, as the water pression was not working well and the bath was very tight. the toilet was separated from the lavatory and bath. the regulation of the temperature didn’t allow to make it less warm and it was excessively hot inside the room.

the location is the best in town, right across the corner you will find Palais de l’Isle and Christmas Market. the room was comfortable, remodeled. complimentary tea and coffee on the room.

Very well located, exactly where you need to be to feel in the heart of Annecy. A lot of great restaurants around. Also, the room was super comfortable and well decorated.
