A decent room in a beautiful old building. The beds are comfortable and the room is very clean. The central patio space is a lovely place to read, play cards or have a glass of wine. Breakfast is offered, but we didn’t have it so can’t comment. The location is very central to all the sights and only a 15 minute walk from the station.

Room was OK but could have been a bit bigger.

Location was good - ancient building in a quiet location in an ancient road - handy for the train stsation, river walks and old city with the roman munuments. Breakfast was fantastic and as much as you could eat. Romantic inner courtyard for a quiet drink in the afternoon or evening. Very friendly and helpful staff, and appeared to be family run. Weather was very hot, but room was cool with A/C if you needed it.

Only found out that they offer drinks in an evening by finding a menu on the table. Why is it not pinned on the notice board? Small bottles of water would be appreciated in the rooms. Better drinks facilities in the room with cups, not paper. Should offer the location map to guests. We had to ask.

Only thing is that walls are a little thin and I had a very noisy wall-mate. But it didn’t disturb my sleep at all- I slept like a log!

The location was superb, neighbouring two of the major tourist attractions of Arles. The room was also very comfortable, breakfast was varied and fresh, and staff were attentive and very very friendly. It was the quality of service that really made the stay outstanding. As a solo traveller, I felt safe, could ask for advice and recommendations, and it really gave me the confidence to make the most of the trip.

The room was very small. Nowhere to keep an open suitcase. I was alone in a double room; it would have been tight with a second person in the room - moving about etc.

If you come to the hotel by car, parking is not straightforward. It is in a resticted section of town with barriers. I parked about 750m away and walked. There might be a way to get a car close but it was not obvious.

Good breakfast, comfortable room, good shower and wifi. Aircon was a blessing in the heat. Great location, right by the river in the old part of the town. Arles is lovely.

I liked everything about it! The only thing is that the single room is not sound proof so you can hear the neighbouring room.

Superb location and very clean hotel with air conditioning. Great price. Breakfast is descent. I love the hotel and I will definitely book again there. The size of the single room is perfect for one person. More than needed if you spend all your day outside.

Traditional property in centre of town, close to all amenities, walkable from railway station. Friendly, caring staff, lovely breakfast which can be taken in the small courtyard. Room was nice, air-conditioned.

It was all great

This hotel is on the edge of the old city, very near many of the historical sites, immediately across from one of the museums and not more than 10 minute walk from just about anywhere in the old city. The staff was informative and welcoming. Breakfast was A+. The room was very clean, very quiet and the bed extremely comfortable.

I have been here many times and cannot fault it - i love ir here

Beautiful breakfast room and outside terrace and nice selection from hot to cold options - you will leave full and the terrace is a beautiful place to wake up and eat breakfast ad plan your day I have stayed in the rooms of the main body of the hotel and they were great, but this time i booked a suite which has been a beautiful modern addition too - i wished had booked for longer - it was so fresh and comfortable Location is so close to the river bank and close to centre of town
