Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe rooms were a little weird. No real “bathroom” with a door to close. I am American and it still throws me a little when the toilet and shower are in separate places. Then, with no real bathroom door to close…it was weird. To be clear- the toilet had a door.
The Staff was extremely well trained. Possibly the best staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. The pool and sauna and workout room was nice too, but the staff was the star of the show

Great location. Short walk to Montparnasse Rail station, Paris metro and multiple dining options. Breakfast buffet was good and restaurant/bar available if you just wanted a drink and snack. About 45 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and the louvre. Quiet room with good blackout curtains. Staff were friendly and helpful

What a fabulous hotel, my family and I had an amazing stay . The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast were delicious, divine croissant, fresh fruits, delicious omelets, lots of protein options too. My family felt welcomed and the staff were kind to my little girls, when we go to the city for tour it wasn't stressful coming back at all as the location have great transport link. The staff during breakfast are exceptional, ever so kind and thoughtful ,they even provided us takeaway packs for pastries when we couldn't stay to eat breakfast they are doing a fantastic job! We used the pool at night and loved it, the bath robes were soft and fluffy. When we wanted to change rooms the reception staff were kind and accommodating plus the artworks were just stunningly beautiful. I'd definitely recommend Drawing House to all and sundry, and will definitely be back too!

United KingdomThe sink in our toilet was leaking (room 207). Someone came to fix it promptly but the leak resumed later in the day. The taxi company recommended by Drawing House website was quite overpriced.
The decor is trendy & tasteful. The staff were helpful & friendly. The bar staff were accommodating to my elderly parents. The food was delicious. The booking of the swimming pool slot was a good idea to stop it from getting overcrowded.
