Excellent location, right in the centre of Ay. Very secure parking. Bedroom was large with a free standing bath in the bathroom. Very quiet at night. Lauren was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. You can do a house champagne tasting on site with a charcuterie: cheese board dinner.

Very quaint, and cared for. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Clarins products was a great touch. We were made to feel very welcome and at home.

Very beautiful with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed. Lovely staff. We are so glad we stayed in Aÿ. It is a lovely place. We would recommend it. We would also recommend domaine Ayala for a local champagne experience.

Very quiet area which was fine for a couple of nights but any longer you would need to seek something open beyond 8pm. Definitely book any restaurants very limited.

Central to Ay and most importantly the wonderful warm welcome of Lauren - she is a credit to the hotel! It was also wonderful to be offered a free champagne tasting with the other guests.

The local restaurants weren’t open (Tuesday) so we had to travel to the next village to eat. The host helped us out with a lift there and we were able to get a taxi home quite easily so it wasn’t such a disaster.

It was the perfect pit stop on a long journey home through France. The staff were excellent, the location (near to the motorway) was perfect and the room was superb. Private secure parking was also such a bonus so that we could leave most of our luggage in the car overnight.

The property is attached to a small champagne house & its location in AY is excellent for visiting the vineyards & producers. We were treated to an hour long Sacret Champagne tasting every evening, which was excellent. The team at Sacret were lovely, very kind and helpful. Food at breakfast was excellent as was the service ….. thank you so much.

This place is a real find. The best place we have stayed during our three week trip. It’s a combination BnB and champagne winery. Lauren is a delightful hostess who goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect for your stay.

Odile is a lovely friendly host. Breakfast is good & if you chose to have the “welcome meal “ it is excellent & good value. The bedrooms are very comfortable & the whole place is spotless.

There was nothing’s we did not like.

Super friendly staff could not do enough for us. Daily champagne tasting a real treat. Superb breakfast excellent fruit salad. The welcome platter was delicious very generous included 4 deserts and a bottle of champagne and well worth the 75 euros for 2 people.

Beautiful house in a great location. James and everyone were amazing! We arrived with a flat tyre and one of the guys changed it before we had finished checking in. Laurene was so lovely and helpful, booking taxis and restaurants for us. Not forgetting the house champagne tastings which were superb. Will definitely return when in the region.

Wanted to have the light dinner offered but mix up through email failed to make it happen (missed email asking for second confirmation). But ended up being very hungry and only restaurant open in town was excellent so did not miss out. The instructions to not eat in the rooms and other info read as abrupt. Could be more pleasantly worded in english. Getting car through tight turns in town to hotel is not for faint of heart.

The rooms were large, well appointed and clean. The staff were pleasant. Easy walk into area with a little shopping. Lovely courtyard and decent champagne. There are excellent restaurants in town. The communal rec area is very nice and has a balcony.
